Its funny, but I bet this report getting posted will help Ralph get a replacement card if he has to move back to the USA.I really doubt Ralph is the type of guy who had his DL# written down in a safe place. Now he has the number.

Its probably not longer valid you hold the number forever my former state holds the id number to the license I had there. This is even tho ive been out of that state 6ish years way past the expiration dates. He would have to reestablish residence. That is in effect impossible because his only place hed be able to claim is siscos joint and well thats not friendly quarters.
 
There's a non zero chance Scarlett ODs on a stream, Ralph ignores it, she dies, then he spends an hour or so slapping, kicking, and spitting on her before he realizes something isn't right. He'll immediately says something damning like "I didn't kill her", delete the stream, post a really bad alibi on his Twitter, maybe even Tweet as her to back himself up, and steal her credit card to buy a ticket to a country that won't extradite before the card gets locked. Then we get the RalphAllatoyah arc where by the power of plot armor he successfully stays in Iran for 5 years despite not being Muslim or knowing the language and somehow getting by with a new lawyer/catsitter/plumber. Swan Kelly, Adolwolf, and the other Guntguard return. Maybe he'll even find Zidan who got lost on his way back from China.

Imagine not only marrying a prostitute, but turning it into a public spectacle, thinking it’s something to be proud of.
