In most states it doesn't matter if she wants to press charges or not, the state will press charges if there is evidence of domestic abuse. She is bleeding and says she has a broken finger from when he threw her down, that adds great bodily harm to the domestic violence and turns a misdemeanor into a felony.

If hes in the system already he will likely get flagged by TSA she doesn't have to press charges IF this was considered a DV as states automatically pick up the case and will arrest. I dont know how long it takes to file paper work with the DA and the state and if they know hes a reckless illegal committing crimes but even if he gets away god luck getting back in LMAO
