Jesse PS said yesteray on Sven's stream (don't have a timestamp, sorry) when recapping the weekend to Sven that she did call the cops on him that night but that her calling the cops on him wasn't what got him arrested. Maybe I'm filling the gaps because I was only half listening to it yesterday but that could possibly be because she truly didn't know where Ralph went when he left (although as another poster pointed out, they were at an airport hotel and the terminal was a short walk away) so those cops couldn't go pick Ralph up and the cops that did arrest Ralph weren't interested in property damage from the allegedly destroyed laptop or anything else Scarlett could've told them. The cops that arrested him were only interested in Ralph being drunk and belligerant at the airport.

Maybe that was something true that Ralph told Jesse when they spoke, maybe that's Jesse filling in his own gaps or gilding the lily as he's known to do, but to me it makes sense that the cops at the hotel wouldn't bust their asses to go hunt down a guy who only smashed a laptop an stormed off then Ralph gets picked up by a seperate group of cops unaware of Scarlett's call after he starts harassing people at the airport.

The image never dropped it came from a description of a side event during AFPAC 2 described by Simon Dickerman during the Jaden and AF break up interview with jim and the casino.

Simon's wife made the brownies and they didnt really get touched. He then walked up to the tray and said anyone gonna "finish" this tray of brownies then proceeded to eat them all.

They both talked about it on the after release stream: Scarlett called the cops after Ralph smashed her laptop and stormed out. She didn't want him arrested, so they gave him a courtesy ride to the airport instead, which Ralph says he doesn't even remember. He gets belligerent, while drinking vodka from the bottle, and a different set of cops show up to arrest him. You can see in the bodycam footage that they don't recognize him.
Meanwhile Mersh and Icedancer have been contacing Scarlett who releases the messages and recording she had to them. Only after this she finds out from Mersh that Ralph has been arrested and is confused, because last she knew he was supposed to be at the airport and she wonders if the police lied to her and arrested him anyway, when she told them not to.

Those are 100% dried blood, bed bug shit spots, and or cockroach shit. Scarlett and anyone who sat next to him on a plane is probably infected. As well as whoever's place they stayed at in Chicago. Might be worth checking if Chicago department of health and safety reports bed bug outbreaks. If Marina Towers comes up in the next six months we know who started it.

I mean yeah dude, it's fucking sad, no one is disputing that. I'm a dad, it's awful seeing how much she's completely fucked her life in less than a decade.

It's just that the video itself isn't disturbing, the juxtaposition of Delaney 2017 vs. Scarlett 2026 is what's disturbing.
