Life tip #8,371,532: never try to fuck over a prostitute/sex-worker. At best, you're being an asshole to someone who's life sucks. At worst, you'll suffer actual retaliation that will land you in prison. That girl clearly knew how to hurt him and I think this was her way of releasing pent-up anger for things that others did to her.
I know it's fucking disgusting to see but this confirms what I posted earlier, she didn't want to kiss him because he was a customer. Ralph uses his botted numbers to make himself look like a big deal and so she agrees to meet up under the pretense that Ethan Ralph was going to be her customer. Maybe there were promises of this being some sort of trial run, if she acted like his girlfriend on stream and social media maybe they could make more money together. Then he suckered her into paying for his flights, hotels and god knows what else. Icedancer tried to warn her, she should've known better. Maybe there was a notion in the back of her mind of giving Ralph a comeuppance for all the dirty deeds he's done against women.
Obviously Ralph got her onto the Friday night stream with the promise of paying her expenses back with her half of the (non-existent) stream donations. Which is pretty generous on her part if you think about it. But then he changed the deal to her getting the money IF she has sex with him on video and that is what became the point of contention.
There are a couple other things worth mentioning. First is, assuming any of their onscreen affection was real, flings that start out fast and dramatic tend to fizzle out very quickly, so I wouldn't be surprised if this whole thing is over as soon as it began once Ralph is back in Mexico.
The other thing I want to point out is that it's common for romantic leads in films and plays to fall in love because going through the motions when acting out the roles stirs real feelings and it spills over into "real life." Scarlett could've started out with the intention of playing Ralph for a fool only to find herself somehow guntnotized by what qualifies as his charms.

You're not missing anything, Ralph's cats are in serious trouble unless Ralph has his lawyer/plumber/tortasalesman feeding them. If Ralph has been arrested again like Scarlett is saying and Ralph doesn't have anyone checking on them I don't see how they survive.
Scarlett's retweeting alogs, her schizo quotes (not the same as Ralph's, ones she was retweeting before she met Ralph IRL), and Nick Fuentes saying there's no excuse to be fat. Must be one of Ralph's headmates who really hates him.

It starts off with a bang, as not even 75 seconds in he already called the black cop a nigger. He's really the greatest to ever do it.
He has a lawyer.
Ralph says the xanny berries are medicinal and for some reason thinks the cop is doubting him when the cop acknowledges that.
"I don't talk to any police but my lawyer".
Ralph say he lives in Mexico, because America sucks. He specifically mentions the cost of living. He starts trying to explain away the xanny berries, but he stops himself before he says anything substantial. He also says he shouldn't talk to cops when asked about why he was in Milwaukee then immediately says that he knows people in Milwaukee.
Ralph has a conversation with the cops. They want some basic info like an address and contact info. He gives them his Virginia address after some initial confusion. He also gives the number 52-999-491-5558 for the cops to contact.
Ethan Oliver Ralph is told by the cops that they can't find records of him. Ralph becomes annoyed, telling the cop "that's your job not mine". During the following conversation Ralph says that he hates America for a lot of reasons. Upon being told that he's going to jail, he becomes belligerent and starts insulting the cops. The funniest part of this clip is that seconds after telling a cop "suck a dick and choke on it nigger", he asks "what did I do that wasn't nice".
Ralph is told he's probably not going to make his flight, and when he asks why a different cop tells him to "sober up".
Ralph changes his story on the xanny berries saying that weren't his or open. (He said he had a prescription earlier.)

Ralph is again told he will be going to jail. The officer then tries to help Ethan stand up, but after some trial, Ethan scoots over to the chair and is helped up. Ethan asks for the cuffs to be loosened again. Ethan tries to talk his way out of going to jail, so he can make his flight. Ethan is then told he is being cited for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Ralph responds by saying "that [xanny berries] was in my bag and I wasn't drinking. (He is pillstream level of fucked up.) Ralph is told he can't keep his xanny berries. Ethan asks if he can go and is told he will be going to the county jail for twelve hours. Ralph then immediately asks how many hours will he be in jail for. He implies the cop is an alcoholic, because he knows that drinking dries your mouth. After being told that he will be held for 12 hours, Ralph says that he's been in the room for two hours (it's been 40 minutes) and argues with the cop when the cop tells him it has only been around 45 minutes. Ralph then says to take him to jail. He also asks the officer to stand him up, and when he does, Ralph calls him a bootlicker and laughs. On the walk to the car he says "fuck you" to that same cop and spits on the ground. Ralph says that he doesn't want to go into the car with the handcuffs on, because they're hurting him. (He says this with the cadence of a 5-year-old for some reason.) When he's told that isn't possible, he rants "Man fuck all you fucking cop faggot motherfuckers. Yeah bitch. All you motherfucker burn in hell. Cock sucking...". The cops buckle Ethan's seat belt, enter the car and the video ends.
He's really the greatest to ever do it.
