And... This is the same county that had that judge delay ice so that an illegal could escape them. Also, per Scarlett's twitter she's in Madison, Wisconsin so there is no crossing of state lines unless there's proof that they met in Chicago and not in Milwaukee which also has an international airport.

There are literally pictures of them together in Chicago, of Ralph at the O'Hare airport, and they talked about going up to Chicago on the car stream.

If Ralph's stay goes on much longer his cat will probably run out of standing water and food. He mentioned that last time he traveled Cleo developed kidney problems due to a lack of water. I don't know what animal protections are like in Mexico but if anyone does and has an idea I am greenlighting rescuing the heckin catarino.

Edit 2: King of da Sektur Mersh called the Milwaukee Country Sheriff's office on stream and claims that Ralph was arrested for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure. His stream was muted while he did this, so it has yet to be officially confirmed.
