peptides are the latest anti-aging health quackery which is always big with the right wing (boner help, anti-aging products, weapons seem to make up 75% of rumble ads). Maybe Ralph figures peptides can fix his knee and make him look his age instead his current elderly appearance.

Peptides are also used to make a really cheap GPL1 type drugs for weight loss at compound pharmacies. Very popular to buy in Mexico. Lots of ppl used to say Ralph was using Mexican Omzepic and that’s how Mexican Omzepic is made. Seems they were right.

Thanks! I see, so he was looking up peptides, but was getting spanish results because he's in meheeko, so he added english to get english results.

My guess is he has to put English after searches because he is in mexico and geo location is going to default to spanish.
 
I've come up with what I believe is a good solution to Ralph's residency problem: He should move to India. It's even cheaper and there's remarkably less crime. Only issue is the cheap prostitutes will smell even worse, but it may be a strangely familiar scent for him.

I’m surprised he hasn’t moved to SE Asia where cost of living is even lower and the prostitutes even more readily available. The fact that he hasn’t must mean he is arrears in child support by at least $2500.
