With this and his obsession with buttholes, the most logical and unironic conclusion is that he's a closeted homosexual. Off the top of my head, there are two explanations for this behavior:

1) Single mother. I'm not sure how old Ralph was when Sandra and Ronnie split. I honestly don't think it happened before middle school, but Ralph's womanly behavior has all the hallmarks of being raised by a single mother. Even when they were together, you'd imagine Ronnie was busy with having psychotic episodes and all that fun stuff. (Of which Ralph would also inherit!)

2) Ronnie diddled Ralph more than we know. That would explain a hell of a lot more than just why Ralph is so feminine, but you can't help but speculate. It'd also point A LOT of fingers why Ralph's go-to holler whenever he's feuding on a woman's behalf. (e.g. some parental figure he's hollerin' at either diddled then or is related to someone who diddled them.)

Note: There are definitely more than two, but those are the ones that jump out at me.

This actually makes a lot of sense when you imagine Ralph like Bill's cousin Gilbert from KoTH. He 100% gives Southern dandy in the way he talks.

Man I really don't know what arc I want from this. Either the ralph cuck arc with the pornstar going with Rekieta or the arc of ralph winning the pornstar and dating them. Both will just lead to funny possibilities.

There was zero difference between how Savannah spoke and interacted with SJ vs her Ethan who is luv with her. All these fat creeps with streams are just NPCs to her.

Ralph is interchangeable with 20 other losers on Rumble that orbit the DV. She’s so fucking high it makes no difference to her who she is rambling incoherently at. All that and she does blacked porn, truly the dream woman for JCeasar.
 
Being rejected by the mother of your child (and the child) and the entire Sektur is par of the course.
