Any theory as to what caused this? My only guess is Scarlett denied Ralph's advances, or some court stuff going on behind the scenes.

he just said vickers emailed him with a laundry list of payments,,, my guess is now that ralph was forced to open a PO box, he can get proper served and be collected

Really? That's all it took? I know Ralph is a hypersensitive BPD woman who hates having reprocrussions from his own actions, but the only difference is he's now receiving mail about him neglecting to pay child support instead of electronic notifications/messages/emails that he's neglecting child support. There's functionally no different considering he isn't gonna pay child support, regardless of the medium informing him to pay child support.

I completely believe it, and am not shocked whatsoever, but it's like "that's all it took for you to return to form? That's it?". Again, it completely tracks considering Ralph is an anxious mess with womanly emotions, but you'd figure it was a new warrant or some shit.

Unless, some of the mail begins to mention imprisonment if he doesn't pay up, or potentially revoking his passport, but that's not a now problem. That's a future problem for future Ralph, if he ever decided to step foot in the country his daddeh gave him, but everyone knows da Ralphamale don't scare!

I think that’s just an additional insult, this pillstream was caused by Scarlett. Why is anyone’s guess. Maybe she stopped returning his 12558 texts an hour, maybe she left him on read, maybe he asked to come visit and got a hard no. If he didn’t suicide bait her in DMs already, he will be shortly. This stream is a screaming cry for her attention.

Scarlett was using Ralph as tool to get some DV attention. He thinks he’s in luv. She probably can’t remember his name. He’s a very desperate, sad man.
 
Only 75 minutes? Used greyjay to download it. Will listen to later. He was absolutely trashed. He seems confused. Did he think it was a private stream? He said he will play freebird and then go live.

If you're an American citizen living outside of the U.S. you have to file even if you made very little money. If you end up with money worth 10k USD or more, you have to file an FBAR, basically just alerting the IRS to your presence. The IRS goes pretty easy on poor Americans living in other countries and will let you file for multiple years at once if you missed some. The tax burden that Americans face by immigrating to other countries is enough of a reason for some people to renounce citizenship.
The IRS will find Ralph sooner or later.
