Shit. Ralph probably doesn't have the documentation to prove he's Ethan Ralph. I can damn near guarantee that Ralph has some cursory research, at a minimum, on exploring what options there are by using Evan's (aka the superior Ralph) identity. At the very least, Ralph (aka inferior Ralph) has looked into how he could secure benefits under Evan's name without triggering anything that'd get him removed from the tard home.
Hell, he's almost certainly into what avenues there are if he used Sally or Ronnie's identity, since I'm sure there are plenty of gaps in the various government system that'd allow someone to take advantage of using someone's SSN even though they've been dead for years.
Now the million dollar question (or $100 if we scaled to Ralph's income) is whether or not he'd risk Evan's well-being if there was even the
slightest chance it'd benefit him. I legitimately think he would if/when he gets desperate enough, but I'm not particularly sure how that'd play out. Like, say Ralph signs Evan up for some program or some shit that'd spits out $200 (or 2 million dollar in Ralphaparlance), but Evan gets flagged in da system. Not that I think the nursing home or social worker would it immediately, but there's gotta be a point where they (figuratively) go "Sorry Evan, your legal guardian signed you up for some programs that unenrolled you for the programs that let you stay in our care and under our facility. Our hands are tied and we can't do anything. *boot to chest* Later." Again, not that I think it'd necessarily play out that way

and a gibs alert triggered, but I also can't pretend it's not a distinct possibility since that's how bureauocracy fucking works.
Knowing that is a distinct possibility, and knowing Ralph is (allegedly) a sentient, thinking human being (when he's not under the influence), would anyone really be shocked if Ralph was desperate enough to risk it? Only, and God forbid he does, for it to play out and somehow massively impact Evan in some shape, form, or fashion? I wouldn't be, and I'd honestly expect some scenario like that to pop up as Ralph's desperation escalates.

I'd say Ralph's rental history would fuck him, by virtue of his first venture out of Sandra's house being at 35 with Pantsu (under Amanda's name and they seemingly left the rental property a disaster before fleeing to Mexico), and his second stint being in Mexico, but I assume that kind of history is no different from any other section 8 tenant.
If Ralph really got deported from Mexico back o the USA, is he soo poor that he would not be able to put together enough money to buy at best a used RV and at worst a contractor van?

Maybe he could find some situation where he could rent or lease one from one of his dozen faithful fans or, much more likely, an alog. Regardless, it'd have to be from someone who's already

He could do van life out of some shit hole in the USA like slab city with a mobile data plan or the cheap Star link and keep doing his show, this way he would be in the USA and still be hard to pin down or track if he wants to stay hard to find for court services?
