Ehh I don't know about that. A lot of what Ralph says about himself to me just comes off as extremely obvious cope to defend his fragile ego. I think Ralph is well aware of the fact he's hideous but needs to keep up his macho Ralphamale image so he just lies to the audience and to himself about it.

at the 02:15:10 mark of the most recent kino casino, they begin speculating if ralph is holding a pill or his shirt when he comes back into frame and i think the answer is both.

a lot of pills have time release coating on them, sleep-pills like ambien would almost certainly have it. back when i used to do oxy contin a lot, i became quite familiar with time release coatings and what i believe ethan is doing is rubbing off the time release coating. there's several ways to do it, but the easiest involves popping the pill in your mouth briefly to get it wet and proceeding to rub it on a towel, shirt, sock, etc. to remove the time release coating so it hits you faster.

if i had to bet, that's what i'd say he's doing in that sequence.

The guy wears t-shirts in swimming pools so it's safe to say he's embarrassed about his grotesque body. It's often said that Guntgate was the beginning of his downfall, and while I'm certain that Ralph was always doomed to fail miserably I still believe he wouldn't have ended up completely alone in shed in Mexico if not for this picture:

Yeah, Ralph is white trash. He would've ended up a lolcow regardless if that OG gunt pic hadn't been snapped, but it did accelerate his downfall, well, his reaction to it did.

Daddy Dick and Master Milo are trying to host an intervention for Ralph which is obviously an attempt to kick their pet pig around for donos. They deserve props if they pull it off. We're gonna see just how much shit Ralph can be forced to eat before burning the bridge with Juju the Cow.

Correct me if I’m wrong but wasn’t Guntgate in a January too?

Every January, Piggertits always spirals in such an epic fashion. Last year he relapsed and sperged the hell out. This year doubly so. Something about January reminds Ralph of his advancing age, his increasingly failed show losing out, and the fact he can’t see his children.
 
I'm guessing Ralph's staying at Dicks during this trip and Dick will force Ralph into this "intervention" where Dick gets Ralph liquored up and tries to get another "Suffuh Horse" clip from his studio.
