I don't even think it's a vent, it looks like something stuck to the ceiling. Maybe like an air freshener or something? You can see the shadow in between the item and the ceiling.

The grille might be warped. I just replaced some ceiling air return grilles in my house and one of the old ones was warped and did not sit flush. It could also possibly be a wireless access point.

Last couple of days I noticed he often looks up and to his left, you can see a reflection of a lamp somewhere in that direction on his glasses. Now I was wondering WTF is he looking at, and I have no idea. We should ask him to get up and walk to his left, he always gets up and goes right. But the lamp on the left confuses me.

He's on good terms with Chemochet who was spreading some of the dumbest zog conspiracies on Poast before being told to fuck off. I know some friends who had fights over that October incident, Ethan Ralph gloating about it was likely the final straw. He's going full gaygate on piggy with those emails.
