I’m not sure Jim ever intended to fire a kill shot at Ralph; he just made sure that this singular concise stream serves as a wonderful summation of Ralph’s character; and the character of those that support him and work with him.

By and large I think it’s a fair statement that anyone cohosting with Ralph or supporting him can be considered an enabler and I think Jim made that case even without directly alluding to it.

It was a damning and searing roast that leaves his enablers defenseless in their excuses for tolerating it and thus guilty by association. And rightly so I think.

The great part is that he finally delivered on what could be sort of considered an Internet Insanity on Ethan Ralph (or a follow-up to KAP's Ballad) so it was worth the wait. This was a much better send off if cancerman were to croak soon than his other "final farewell" streams.
