Honest question, how do people watch this show? Is he normally this fucked up?

He can barely communicate. He seems so out of it that he can't even finish sentences. IP2 burnouts are more coherent than this guy, trying to do a talk show.
 
Personally, I'm excited for Killstream's greatest and final episode where mid raging he slumps over and collapses due to a stroke/heart attack/OD and just lays there for 2/3 hours until a maid or some Mexican thief walks in camera to notice.

For those not in the know, mixing alcohol and xanax is an amazing strat for spedrunning liver failure.

Fucking hell. Have not watched any of his streams lately. How the hell has he gotten even worse. That is just weird. That is like hobo mumbling to you suddenly on the street. But then again while back he was sober I think. He was just boring. I think this has more entertainment value, worse but more interesting.

No idea. I know why people watch these lowlight reels, but while back I did full stream, on background while gaming... but still full fucking one. And it is absurd to think that there might be a person actually liking it.

Does Mexico have those drug stores like Thailand where you can get fucking anything? Because he might be testing new stuff.

*Oh and last clip above actually had him saying he has prescriptions in Mexico. But just his old favorite benzos. Ralph you could try fucking anything you can find from Encyclopedia of pharmaceutical technology. Could be fun, could be coma.

Yes, even in Ojinaga all you have to do is tell the taxi driver you are looking for a "good pharmacy" and they know where to go. As far as whatever he is vaping is concerned it's probably bootleg RC cannabinoids and that shit is no bueno por nada.

Its always so funny to me how ralph will blame Jim for shutting down the country during covid. Maybe he has some theory in his head that Jim quit streaming for that year and a half to implement those draconian lockdowns.

Ralph is really going to die soon. He has discovered Mexican pharmacies. He can't hold himself back with that supply. Addict with way easy supply. And yes he is addict. One does not simply use benzos for years and not be addict.
