I really don't understand the clip where Ralph is trying to argue his future father in law forced him to go public with this.
Ralph has to know that normal people don't immediately air everything out in public, especially in regards to potential civil and/or criminal matters.

Since there are still some individuals acting in bad faith and saying that this document is a forgery despite its presence on the Mexican government's official website, let's look at what the QR code tabulates.
Here is Ethan's QR code:

You'll note the identical fields and schema.
Here is the document outline for the temporary certificate type that Ethan holds (including the dummy QR code shown above), first in Spanish and then machine translated into English via Yandex:

Ethan's document, posted earlier in the thread, matches this example perfectly, complete with photo.
Finally, I conducted basic noise analysis on the ID photo on Ethan's document to refute the claim that the photograph is edited by checking for any underlying patterns in noise that would correspond to a manipulation. In NA, an edited region will be shown as a patch of very divergent color, while an unedited region will be generally uniform in coloration or pattern. The dimness and uniformity of this result makes it clear that there has likely been no significant editing done to this image...indeed, if there was any editing done, it was simply to make his eye look less deformed, as that eye is the only area highlighted (even though it's more likely just an artifact).
In all likelihood he's really there and this is really his documentation.

Anyone from mexico could confirm that's legit.
And I don't know what's there to "Debunk" the National population registry ID comprises of general data which is likely to be publicly available for anyone with any level of notoriety (like having had a wikipedia page)
For example, Andre-Pierre Christian Gignac, born 12/5/1985. From France has been playing as a striker for Tigres UANL for some time. With that information we can predict his CURP could look like

we do a search query with that data in the same page people are claiming that's a forgery site and we get this certificate.
It's not even a damning document, you can't be doxed with this. IT only confirms Ralph has shown interests in being anything more than just a tourist in Mexico.
