Ralph lost 10 minutes during his drive to the catboys orgy in Springfield because he missed exits for gas stations, which he blamed on interstate design and rural communities lack of lights.

He said he will "make up that time" because "it's 2:30am and no one's up," as he speeds off in one hoof and fiddles his phone with the other.

This wigger never learns, does he? He is in traffic school for a recent reckless driving ticket in addition to all the other shit on his driving record.

ralph has it ingrained in him that actually rules dont apply to him and hes smart enough to avoid whatever authority figure from teachers to jim to the law. hell speed thinking the tickets are in the passed before hes forced to walk everywhere with a cop baton up his ass.
