Something tells me she can find booze and drugs well enough on her own, at least without spending over a thousands dollars to bring over an impoverished bum with zero connections in the country you're in. Unless he somehow smuggled all that shit in his gunt across the country.

She can certainly find drugs and booze but there’s a major issue with Xanax because so many street dealers just make pressed fake ones with fetty, and other shit, in it. Those blister packets of guaranteed Rx grade Xanax would be enticing to Scarlett.
