I thought the same but withdrawals are more of a shiver like having a cold, could always be him trying to stop shaking by holding his hands off camera but it's a 50/50 chance from the video

Yeah, idk, looks like some kind of shaking to me. Not sure if it's some kind of medical issue or if he was trying to shake to stay awake. I'm sure if Balldoman had his camera cropped into a small box like Ethan does he'd look the same way sometimes.

That said, it's hilarious. I had to watch the whole clip to come to that conclusion.

The problem is that it's seemingly his right shoulder that is shaking the most and his left hand which comes up from above the desk.
 
I am going to say this is a some drug-related symptom and not him cranking his hog. The shaking just slowly winds down in the end, and Ralph barely seems to notice.

Compare that to DSP's infamous video where you can tell when he busts a nut.

Also, this was mid-stream correct? Hard to imagine Ralph forgetting he is on camera and accidentally stream himself.
 
Ralphy loves the peepee-poopoo dot-head ladies (and gentlemen too, maybe). Just the smell of all that shit makes his micro-peen hard as a frozen Vienna sausage!

Always remember: when confronted with uncomfortable truths or unsavory accusations, always double down and do it in as boorish a manner you can manage. For example, when Ralph was labeled a caca connoisseur, he wisely hopped on stream and defended himself by stating: "I did not eat shit. Even if I did, I'd be come out and say it was delicious!"
