Overnight stocker. Plenty of people with severe personality defects get along in their lives the best they can with overnight jobs where they have minimal interaction, even with other employees. Big companies like Target and Walmart figure out a way to work with people like this because these jobs are hard to fill. Do I think Ralph would "lower" himself (in his view) to this? No. But there are jobs where the hollering could be potentially contained.

As Josh has noted, Ralph got up the vast majority of days and streamed once and usually twice for years and years and years. Now, getting yourself out the door to a job *by a certain time* adds some complexity to the formula but I think it's unfair to say that Ralph can't keep a schedule.
