Maybe his teeth are causing him pain.
Dude, I don't want to imagine the state of those. Everyone gets cavities since you can't really clean those little shits 100%. But you go fix those up and they are okay for 10 years. This motherfucker eats like shit and has a hygiene even hobos would be ashamed of.

Ironically, he doesn't ever mention it, but I think, those teeth are beyond fucked and must hurt like hell, if he never went to get dental hygiene and basic care. Maybe he is ashamed of crying about it or smt.

Know this comparison has been made before but this might be the most blobfishesque I've ever seen DSP.

His teeth are fucked, he always hides them when smiling because of it, who smiles (even with an open mouth) and doesn't show teeth? He is clearly ashamed of them.

Whenever he takes a bite of food on camera, his eyebrows always angle sharply and make it look like he is comically angry. Maybe his teeth are causing him pain.

This also came up on the "Dr. Phil" thread but it is very likely that he has a partial or total loss of enamel as well as cavities. Enamel is the hard, fairly insensitive outer coating on your teeth and when that's eroded away it leaves the much more sensitive dentin region exposed. This would also explain why he seems to eat soft foods like CostCo muffins and pizza over hard foods like crackers or candy (the idea of him eating healthy food is too silly to dignify).

Minor PL: I chipped my front teeth when I was a kid, for a month or two the dentin was exposed. Even things like water and room temperature soup were painful. When eating the normal way hurts that much, you don't care if you look like an idiot and really do "swish" the food around your mouth to avoid the sensitive area. I got it fixed but for a couple of months I was doing the exact same thing Phil does today.

EDIT:

At the risk of stating the obvious Phil does not have dental coverage and has indirectly admitted to it. Between the claimed insurance expenses on his bankruptcy filing and the powers of autism I found the exact plan he was on. It's the absolute cheapest one on the state Obamacare exchanges and does not include dental (which is purchased separately in the US in general, no idea why that is). There is no dental equivalent to the ER either so if he does ever get the common sense to see a dentist he'll have to wait weeks-months for an opening and then pay about $130 for the doctor's time.

Kat's ultra-low insurance expenses and part-time status make me fairly confident she has no dental either so she'll get to learn all about this in the coming years too.

Yo, this makes a lot of sense and I almost believe it with Phil's children sized teeth it seems the natural ailment he would have but he still eats in such an odd way its like he really is a puppet.

Fucking hell. Really? I don't know how Murica works, but in the face of 100k income, how do you not pay to get your shit done?

] I have genetically shitty brittle teeth, those fuckers are nigger brittle, so I take the best care of them I know off. Casual repairs, cavities happen casually even when I clean those fuckers in detail every night, trying to keep the Hulk Hog vitamin(D) on my daily program. Even if I spend my 2 month wage a year on my teeth, it's worth it.

What a fucking pathetic being.

Because DSP doesn't want to spend a single dollar more than he has to.

He'd rather suffer for no reason because "health insurance is impossible." Never mind plenty of people pay less than $20/month for dental.

Breaking news: literally every financial decision DSP has ever made as been pennywise, pound foolish.

Wasn't this debunked? I swear someone posted a bunch of images of him showing his teeth and at least at first glance they looked fine.
If he has severe cavities, the front of his teeth could look fine at a glance and have giant holes in them.

Or else, his teeth are super sensitive and he's done nothing to fix them.

In either case, people whose teeth don't hurt don't bite down the way DSP does, even factoring in his weird life habits in general.

But he chews on water... that seems completely antithetical to having extremely sensitive teeth to me.

Maybe his teeth is covered in his expensive health insurance policy somewhere, that's why we haven't seen a whole lot of solid evidence that he has a bunch cavities and sore teeth problems, because he gets them filled up at an expensive dentist in Renton that rips him off, we know he's too scared to drive on a highway and look elsewhere for things outside of his immediate area.

when's the last time phil mentionned dentist appointments?
You can type 'Dentist' into PigPigGo if you are interested. Basically when asked all Phil says is that he has no idea when the last time he went to a dentist was because he can't even remember. Also Phil has never described going to the dentist as an adult and only describes his dentist's office from when he was a kid. I highly doubt Phil has been to the dentist after he got out of high school at the latest, so likely not for 20 years.

Edit: Also Phil has talked about how every few months or so his Wisdom Teeth start hurting for a couple days and then it will "just go away on it's own". Phil never had his Wisdom Teeth removed and they never erupted. Phil hasn't had any dental care since his late teens early 20's for sure.

No doubt this is true. If Phil had gone to the dentist, he'd spend at least 30 minutes on pre-stream talking about what a horrible experience it was, and how his dentist is an idiot and the whole thing was a total rip-off.

Oh boy - one day these little shits are going wake up when the nerve gets exposed and its gonna suck big time, as anyone who's had this happen can relate. He'll probably have to live with it for weeks, or even months, before he can get an appointment to have them pulled/shattered/dug out of his jaw. And it will also cost thousands of dollars, so we can expect massive emergency begging when it happens.

was watching an old tevin restream and noticed this too, i think it's his classic bulldog face combo'd with atrocious lighting when he's sat at his pc.

Edit: or possibly storing nuts for winter

the longer he waits before finally going the dentist, the more damage there will be to repair. this is the kind of stuff that will drain his funds and make life unbearable for a couple days

i dont have the picture but theres a moment where phil opened the blind to let natural light in for once and my god, all his facial flaws appeared. he looked like a ghost white caveman

one thing i understood from stories of relatives and people who had them pulled is the weaker the tooth became, the harder it is to pull it out in one shot. if phil never went to dentist for decades, odds are he will have to have his teeth removed in pieces painfully

Phil's getting fatter and saggier by the day. We've already seen his arms turn to flabby mush and his tits drop down to his stomach, but the last couple years his face has gotten really fucked up. Phil's face was always fat, it's just that his fat person jowls are developing at a rapid pace. For whatever reason, the right side of his face was affected before the left side and droops down a lot more, which makes him look like stroke victim. While some of it is part of the natural/normal aging process, most of it is from his refusal to take care of himself via his unhealthy lifestyle. It's hard to realize when looking at Phil that he's not even 40 years old yet.
