Even without those rumors, this dump of pictures and videos from within the apartment could likely seal his fate.
It's a cesspool and its only a matter of time before they bring some piece of furniture in that brings roaches or bedbugs.

I've said it before, but the Spudcave looks just like ADF's old room in NJ (except trans flag instead of Israel flag). A side-by-side comparison would really highlight that.
