Not that quick but pretty much, he tries and fails to budget i.e. he'll but a load of useless crap and essentially try and pay the minimums but then have some money left over he tries to eek out for the rest of the month but he'll buy more useless crap and nearly instantly regret it.

Honest answer - not a clue
If I had to take a guess I would say its part of the same complex he was going to for massage therapy or possibly a YMCA. It's likely Phil does have a gym membership but i couldn't tell you where.

He got his septum removed too and was going to go for another tattoo on Thursday. This post happened on Wednesday so i guess he didnt get his tattoo. This goes to what i said above. Surely he didnt over budget this bad?

He will -never- miss a tattoo appointment, and he definitely got his ink done yesterday, just saw it in his instagram. I'll throw it up when I get in from work.

That said, I'm not convinced that he -actually- has a membership there, he may have piggybacked on someone as a guest for $5, or if it's anything like the local athletic clubs where I am, there's a 'try it for a day for free to see if you like it', without the commitment of first, last, and initiation fees.

Obviously this isn't a universal rule BUT I can only use the guest rate at my local gym if I'm with an existing member, if I'm on my own then it's strictly no entry.
That said given the area the gym is in I can't really see it being so exclusive as to be members only.

You can be turned down for surgery for multiple reasons including being too fat, mentally ill, or having poor hygiene. Phil is triple fucked since all three apply to him.
