People who "know" Phil "know" about kiwifarms so they won't virtue signal donate they will donate directly via PayPal and square pay mostly because they know virtue signalling can lead to a ratking thread.
The only folks donating on his youcare shite are those we already know, rando rubes and dumb fuck's who want e-fame by association.

It's a vicious circle thing
Even if Phil was getting a decent amount he actually gives a lot of his money away to group like trans lifeline a various commie anarchist groups and apparently donates to anyone claiming to be in antifa.
Given that Phil's biggest asspatters are mostly living in situations worse than phil, living and a van being chased by the tax men (Langley) or living in assisted living (markle) I doubt they have much to give.

Hi, my name is Isabel Rosa Araujo (a.k.a Izzy Hell Araujo) , I am a 32-year-old differently-abled neurodivergent Transgender Latina Woman who is recently formerly houseless in Portland, Oregon and i am struggling to rebuild after 5+ Years of Homelessness - as of late September 2017, I have been housed permanently since October 7th, 2016 - a rather short almost one year now indoors. I struggle with Complex PTSD, Anxiety Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and Bipolar II Depression - all of which affect my day-to-day functioning which currently prevents me from holding down any traditional part-time employment.

I am facing my second Gender Confirmation Surgery, my Vaginoplasty is scheduled on May 24, 2018 at OHSU Hospital in Portland, OR - I had my Orchiectomy on March 3, 2016 at UCSF Parnassus Medical Center (while still houseless in Oakland, CA) this time around with permanent housing and with recovery time 10 to 13 times longer from Vaginoplasty.

I will have various needs arise as Surgery time gets closer. There will definitely be a call to help with Rent and Utilities as I will be in the hospital for about 6-7 days from the morning of surgery on May 24, 2018 to May 30/31 or June 1 depending on how long the hospital keeps me in the initial first week after surgery. I want to be able to raise June 2018's rent prior to going in the hospital so I can remain on good terms as a tenant with the landlady.

I also will need to have electrolysis done on my surgery to clear a wide enough corridor for the new vagina, OHP Insurance is covering this as its medically necessary prior to surgery but some ancillary expenses will be out-of pocket, those are to listed in the Fundraiser Updates section in full as electrolysis sessions currently in progress since June 2017

Any donations are greatly appreciated. This surgery means a lot to me.

I'd almost wonder if Phil even wrote this, (it seems a little bit above his grade level) except the whole "if the constitution even matters anymore" is just so autistic that I almost can't stand it.

I also like that Phil has adopted the patented Chris Chan method Of Capitalizing the first letters of Random Words to show you that They Should Have Emphasis!

Toren is apparently Phil's puppet master now.
He not only manages Phil's YouCaring shit but also micromanages what Phil puts in facebook. He was very keen on hiding the fact Toren is scamming tard bux and hiding the fact he's breaching his lease by having a housemate.

That said I've also been told the Dusty is back in Phil's life so maybe he wrote it. It maybe explains why Phil is pro jew again.

Phil is only really dominated by the strongest personality in the room and since Toren is controlling Phil's internet time nothing much will happen, unless dusty or tweaker are desperate for relevance

@Smutley can answer this way better than me.
For my part I don't recall ever seeing Toren on Phil's friend list up until they moved in together, I certainly don't recall him ever commenting on any of Phil's facebook shit but maybe Phil took an interest in trans (lack of) ethics.
Toren is kind of an ratking exile so he and Phil share only a couple of mutual friends (they only one I can name is Jane Wild) so I'm not even sure how the two first connected.

Jane and Toren didn't "break up" until around that time.
My guess is simply that Toren saw Janes friend was getting a place of "her" own and he decided to scam the dumb looking fuck.
Pretty sure he was aware of Phil and his back story, he's well known in the ratking.
 
As I recall, Toren had just been kicked out of his place so from his point of view moving in with Phil was purely mercenary. From his Twitter history he'd been kicked out of a few places over the past year (all for vague reasons, one was partially due to him smoking weed in common areas) so I don't think he's gonna leave until either something better comes up or he's forced out. I'd love to know more about how exactly they connected though. The first I heard of Toren was Phil's "I have a girlfriend" post and that came totally out of the blue to me.

Its not a traditional section 8
Phil's rental is under section 8 as per a arrangement with his tard wrangler but the other units are private rentals or owed by the resident.
Phil wantef to go into a proper section 8 housing block like the one tweaker was in but couldn't get accepted so get a flea pit rental partially covered by tard bux as a compromise.
The unit Phil claimed to be going into is a nice secure unit with strict curfews, noise restrictions, group kitchens and meals, workshops, art areas and a get to work plan to help people like Phil get jobs that specialise in hiring the exceptional......this ain't that. He just has a landlord that has a arrangement that pays him a direct proportion of Phil's rent.
