DSP intends to keep the $30,000 Corolla he paid $2,000 down for.

This, kids, is how he has half a million dollars in debt. He pays the absolute MINIMUM up front then pays fucking 6% interest on a god damn secured loan.

It has been brought to my attention that the $2,000 was a manufacturer rebate.

He paid nothing down on a secured $30,000 loan at over 6% interest like a moron. He HATES paying for anything up front.

Considering within the previous three years he'd bought a quarter million dollar home and racked up tens of thousands of dollars moving and furnishing it, his credit was probably absolutely fuckered.
I wonder if the tax debt hurt him real bad. He seemed to be paying the mortgage on the condo until April.

Though I suppose having 10 credit cards is automatically a bad sign to any dealership.

Any kind of debt hurts him. You have to keep in mind this man has absolutely nothing of value except his home, and that's because he's in a housing bubble. Everything else he has is essentially owned by a creditor.

Citibank guy was a troll right? There was an audible DSP guffaw or "oof" when he first said he was from Citibank.

Also, Phil started mentioning microtransactions in his business expense portion, is he trying to shoehorn his WWE mobile game shit into this?

Lol'd at "no personal electronics" and "WWE is a digital streaming subscription, completely personal not business related"
Well what do you stream WWE Network on??

Seemed like a trap question by the trustee, and he fell into it. I think his lawyer tried to brush it off as she included the personal electronics into the 'furnishing' portion of his filings.

The Citibank guy claims he bought the Citibank portion of Phil's debt. A DSP mod was working to verify this, but said the site wide image chicanery was making it difficult. Citibank guy seems to know a little bit about debt collection going from his posts. He said his motivation to show up was to establish that Phil knew he was insolvent when he first met with Rochelle in Oct. 2019 so Phil would be on the hook for everything he put on his credit cards after that. Someone brought up the point that Phil knew he was insolvent in April when he stopped paying the condo and waited for it to go into foreclosure. It sure is interesting times for Phil. Nancy seems to know what's up and seems to have gotten briefed by detractors and a detractor buying part of his debt certainly threw a wrench in the works.

The biggest lie Phil seems to have gotten caught in was not including the donations he gets on stream in his revenue. It looks like he only included subs and bits. Nancy requested 6 months worth of records for both of his Paypal accounts.

That's not what he said at the hearing. He straight up said he was Citibank. Also which part? All of it? The $15,000 part of it? The $13,000 part? The $8,000 part of it? Citi just sells debt to randos I suppose?

"E: I'm calling uh, I'm calling representing CitiBank, yes Citipoi- What are you talking about?"

If that's not true, it's fraud.

So in regards with having to produce the past six months of paypal transactions is it possible for the trustee to get it directly from PayPal through say a writ or subpoena?
