This stupid fuck is only worried NOW about losing his apartment, after acting like a total Phil since the very first day he got it? It's been obvious he was going to get thrown out since day one.

The terror of this moron as he slowly realizes the true depth of his fuckup and the inevitable consequences is exquisite.

Remember, Phil is really fucking dumb and doesn't take hints. So if even he realizes he's getting thrown out, someone must have made it really, really obvious he really is unless [something]. I somehow doubt it's just rent. He's probably been doing shit that constitutes breaking the lease and they want him gone, whether it's harassing neighbors over tranny shit, just making loud noises, Slingblade being loud and drunk, etc.

He's worried because he's flat broke, Slingblade hasn't helped one iota towards rent and he's left to shoulder the burden and he's paying nearly the full wack for his apartment (around $700 a month) and he's only got about $200 left after that - and considering how much he's spending on frivolities at the same time he's just flat out panicking.

You're assuming he's actually paying. We've seen all the tard accessories he's buying. Not all of that is free shit from asspatting morons. There's no way he is paying the full $700 and buying all that tard shit too.

I'm willing to bet my own paycheck on the money he used for his most recent scribbling on his body was supposed to go to Rent. He just lacks the ability to understand "cause and effect" beyond his own selfish needs.

Well stated. It's worth noting that, in addition to Phil not being able to make payments on his basic living expenses (something Chris does with comparative ease) Phil's homelessness is a result of no one wanting him in their residence. Phil's presence is toxic, to the extent that the only way he'd ever be welome in a home (long term) is if he owned it... and we know for sure that's never happening. As long as Phil rents, squats, or crashes, he'll make himself unwelcome due to his poor attitude and hygiene.

I hope the forthcoming hobo journey takes him someplace new. Portland and Oakland are boring by this point.

I hope he ends up trying to sneak in to Canada and getting roughed up by a mountie

I thought he got reduced tard-rent of 350?

Maybe they're forcing him to pay the full amount because he's let the apartment go to hell. A lot of rental agreements have clauses allowing for additional fees and penalties if you act like an asshole and don't maintain the place.

Is this an announcement that the next season of Philthy Phil will be the last?

Have to say the landlord turning up to see what this reanimated pig carcass has done to his property is one hell of a plot twist...

Okay so I talked to my friend who's a landlord of an apartment complex and they gave me a rundown on some of the biggest things that can get you kicked out of an apartment. These are in no particular order but some do have a higher impact then others.

1.) Cleanliness. You've seen pictures of the place. There's shit all over the floor, empty packages, the wall is a cluttered mess of his trinkets and dumb garbage and as far as I can tell have we seen the bedroom since Slingblade claimed it? There's a good chance they spilled something in there and didn't even bother to clean it up. Which brings us to the next one...

2.) Carpet. Yes, carpet gets a separate section. If anyone here knows what it's like to get a carpet cleaned it's a massive pain in the ass. I had my hot water heater bust once and ended up with a carpet dryer over the weekend that I couldn't turn off. Knowing Phil he most likely thought he could just spill whatever he wanted here and there and leave it; like it was the complexes job to clean it up after he left....it will be, but only after they kick him out. He also wears boots indoors after being outside and giving that Portland gets a healthy amount of rain there's a good chance he's tracked up the floor quite a bit.

3.) His decorations. You've seen the pictures where his is just hanging all of his bondage gear and other stupid crap all over the walls to an incredible excess. However there's no way he's using tape for some of that stuff so he probably used nails instead. That just makes walls look shitty after they're taken out...but this place will probably just paint over them.

4.) Odor. Now this one is a given. We all know Phil hates bathing. Now we could go into how the body produces oils and all that shizz but we all know Phil doesn't wipe his ass and his feet have had mold growing on them before. Technically his apartment people can't make him bathe but that stink gravy embeds itself on everything he touches and/or sits on. Now if you double that if ole Slingblade is on the same page about bathing you've got two shitpiles that love smearing themselves all over the place.

5.) Rent. More specifically late rent. Now a lot of complexes do do the whole 'special rates' shit for people who need it but they can file a grievance if the person is still late with an exceptionally reduced rate. If Phil gets 700$ a month and spends 350$ on rent he should have absolutely no problem affording the rest of the month. Even with the bills he has (What, electricity?) Sure, it'll be tight but the one thing Phil can't be is frugal. It's always name brand, always eating out and never not treating himself. So imagine owning a complex and you've got this smelly ass weirdo that is already getting a reduced rate and he's still late on rent monthly, get's complaints and has essentially ruined an apartment in under a year. The fact that it took this long meant they had to probably wait to get permission to do an eviction unless Phil can turn the place around.

You guys have said it before and you're right; Philthy has no concept of cause and effect. He just does what he wants and waits for everyone else to bail him out every single time.

I thought he got reduced tard-rent of 350?

He claimed it back before we shot down who this place was supposedly supported by, Phil is getting a mild reduction in the region of $100 but the going rate in that complex is about $800 a month and his tugboat tops out at about $950 he moaned about that reduction when he moved up to Portland from California.

I'm doing some digging into what may be causing this round of worrying, my guess is he's late again on the rent (he is often late / short) but it might be coming to a head because he's not paid off his back rent an they are calling an inspection looking for justification to boot him out or he's not paid it in full again.

I'm not sure he's getting the response he was hoping for

Phil can't die no possible afterlife in any religion or cult will accept him he'll roam the earth as a zombie so life as usual for Phil.

"Reduced Tard Rent" is a really good username idea

Also, can we reach out to the landlord and see if he'll put up the inspection on youtube, or atleast do a QA chat here, because Im guessing that'd be a hoot

Again... when all you do is surround yourself with poor people, homeless people, and other begging attention whores... how can you be surprised when you don't get monetary assistance?
