I basically joined because Phil amuses me and I would like to continue reading about his exploits. Please?
 
The mad descent of Phil was a primary reason for me signing up. Seeing him in a mad and blithering froth in his delusions made everyone feel a bit better that they are not a homeless and disgusting wretch such as he. Seeing his developments once more would be a blessing.

That being said, may I have access :)

I have contributed exactly once to Phil research. That's good enough, right? Mostly I lurk because I'm not funny. That's also a blessing in some form, correct?
I find Phil amusing so consider this an access request but I ain't vital so, yknow, I won't die if I'm excluded.

Also requesting access - Phil is a national treasure and I definitely want to keep up with his downward spiral.
