Because I am a psychotic that likes fucking with people in odd and pointless ways, access to the El Primero case files is closed to general public.

Threads about individuals that are not El Primero are now in this board, and I may turn this into a full-fledged Rat King forum which would make @chimpburgers cum in joy.

If you are a designated C.I.S. actor who needs access to El Primero, post here. I am giving supervisor powers to @chimpburgers, @Smutley, and @Ravenor and will send instructions to them on how to grant access to the El Premiro board. Our oldest users will be given access automatically.

If I could recieve access to the board, it would be great. Came for the lolcows and CWC and have found the insane antics of Phil to be amazing.

I am pleased by these recent developments, the ratkings have earned their own sub-forum away from relatively normal by comparison lols.
