Not to sound too much like a fag, but it is really nice to see how Phase Connect has grown over the years, it makes me happy. I don't know how much of this is Sakana's leadership or luck, but it's good to see them going in a good direction. With all the recent drama in the Indie scene and the recent Holo graduations, it is kind of funny to see Phase being mostly drama free.

I don't know if leadership is the right word, but I think he gets that there are times for him to step back and let the people he hired do the things he hired them to do, rather than trying to put his stamp on everything. He's not going to let his pride get in the way of his financial statistics (that he probably cares about more than the actual money).

What are the shining benefits to joining an agency? Curious why these girls wanted to join Phase Connect.

What are the usual terms? They take a cut of your merch sales, superchats in exchange for.. brand recognition, merch production, managing sponsorships, company collabs or events, and a basic salary?

Am I missing anything?

Tard-wrangling. Some of these girls can't manage to feed themselves without requiring a trip to the ER.

Don't think you missed anything, but having a manager is a pretty big bonus for streamers, and I think Marimari_EN has said before that she had issues with selling merch so this is a good way to cover those bases for her.

Phase started May off as an extremely strong note for the year.
This honestly is incredible the more I think about how they pulled it off.

The timing of the announcement couldn’t have been better, that’s for sure. Fishman had to have had this debut planned for around this time long before all the big Hololive graduations were announced. I wonder how serendipitous that was, or if he adjusted it around Gura’s graduation in particular.
