He antaongizes Tenma with antics and likes puzzle games. Sometimes they stream collab together.

This is a rrat I'm unfamiliar with.

There are far more granular versions of this out there, but iirc:

• Dizzy is Chinese Canadian, Fishman is Chinese Canadian
• Accent and speaking cadence are suspiciously similar. Fishman's vocal ticks that don't match could be attributed to his biz/startup background.
• Dizzy's relationship w/ Sakana predates her role with Tsundaria (Idk if either have stated/implied how much further back it goes or not)
• While still working management at Tsundaria, she provided interview/hiring feedback for at least Gen 1 and 2 of Phase Connect (Shiina and Pippa)
• Sakana and Dizzy's physical proximity around this time was close enough that he was able to repeatedly trap her in his car with promises of food and coffee and then rant about the psychos that he'd hired during year 1
• Dizzy has stated that her bother lives nearby-ish
• After the disintegration of Tsundaria, Dizzy joined Phase as a manager, before transitioning fully to talent, despite the fact that Sakana didn't care her voice or proposed character design. Nepo behavior.
• The only times I've seen Dizzy time out a shipper were specifically for shipping her and Fishman. (This was played for humor, but still)
• Getting into the Life Update streams:
  • Dizzy's brother is well enough off to take in and support her half-sister's kids w/o apparent assistance from her.
  • From the most recent Life Update, her brother handed her bipolar half-sister several thousand dollars, on a few hours notice, to cover a debt that had already been paid (by her parents?) unbeknownst to him. Indicates that he's at least liquid, if not wealthy.

None of this is conclusive, but in totality, with all the other incidental info drops and circumstantial evidence, it's enough for me to be at least 70% confident that the Fishman is either her brother or an in-law.

Sakana is a mainlander in his 30s, it's likely he doesn't have a sibling.

Dizzy has implied a few times that her parents, mom at least, immigrated. Her half-sister is the first born, with her brother being the middle child.
Also, in the 80s (relevant time frame), China had the "one-and-a-half-child policy" that could apply in certain cases in "rural" areas if the first born was a girl.

I'm not an expert in Chinese family planning, but I don't think the fish being a born mainlander is a terminal condition for the rrat.
