Could I get a QRD on Yuu? Saw she was live, the model looks nice, and she conveniently uses a translator. But after Peepa ruined Phase with politics I stopped caring about Phase beyond what shit shows happened.
Note, Pippa did not actually ruin everything in Phase, I just think she did by bringing in politispergs from the Sweety Squad with Metokur's blessing. I understand she has tried to distance herself but I generally don't care and simply use that lie to get reactions and replies.

Cute, good energy, mostly streams Overwatch, but every once in a while does passion English zatsus, those are fun. Sometimes drinks, those streams are also fun in a good way. I sometimes put her on in the background just for the energy, even though I don't understand a word.

Even with the JP debuff, Yuu's killing it. She's at 50k+ subs on Youtube in ~2 years, the highest subbed JP even counting Gen 1, she's ahead of all but 1 member of gen 3, who are EN, and had a month+ head start.

Honestly, all of the active JPs seem to be finding some footing of late, based on sub count (which is admittedly not CCV or earnings).

A while back I got reminded of the existence of accelaracers and then found out about the scalper spiral of the stuff (on top of how hilariously violent it was for a kids show meant to sell cars) and then also found out about how it ended on a fucking cliffhanger because there was supposed to be 1 or 2 more episodes (or a second "season" whatever) that never got made. What I somehow COMPLETELY MISSED/FORGOT was that after that got cancelled a little later they made a completely unrelated series with the main character in appearance and name that was not only NOT a followup to that cliffhanger but instead a completely unrelated series that flopped ridiculously. Apparently the shitshow surrounding acceleracers has led to it basically being one of those shows people still sperg out about being cancelled as adults and I can see why honestly.

Interesting/strange how actual vtubers are apparently watching this shit around the same time I've been going through my old shit and realizing I'll never see this stuff for a decent price online ever again so I may as well keep my tismcars from childhood. Most of the ones I have are just the mcdonalds ones that have lights in them and are metal instead of plastic. Also somehow the batteries in them still work 20 years on which is fucking scary to me.

I was going to say that it looked like a good subreddit to find new chuubas, but apparently all of the threads are about Phase Connect, Kirsche, Powdur, and Leaflit.
