Sorry, I was posting thinking I was in the IP2 general.

Pey woke up at 10am today to cook breakfast for her and Loulz, she made Loulz two eggs and a bagel and for herself, she cooked one egg, a bagel and 5 hotdog sized sausages for herself. Right as she finished cooking at 11AM, 3 dudes showed up to watch the Alabama game with Loulz. He told her to get off cam because she was blocking the green screen scoreboard and then let his friend sit in the identical spot and said nothing.
 
Is Loulz in jail? Pey's stream earlier started with, 'if you need to get on the list to send a prison mail..' Then she began to make egg rolls. The Ragland household has lost their large, kinda nice toaster, it's nowhere to be seen. Did they sell it?

The dual hot plate is where the sort of deluxe toaster used to be. It was a two-rack induction toaster, not a literal piece of toast toaster.

I bet you can't cook anything in that kitchen without it smelling like cigarette smoke, they smoke so much indoors, look at those blinds.

Strange the bit about prison. Maybe she called the cops and told them he hit her and he got taken to prison.
 
I think someone said earlier or in the IP2 thread that he was going to do some time for having a bunch of gas station weed which is now illegal in Alabama.

Yeah, he got in trouble for having like a pound of THC-A flower. He has already been to court and they want him to take a plea deal. When they made that stuff illegal, they basically said heads will roll for it. If he'd gotten in trouble for real marijuana, the penalty would've been a lot less severe. I don't see anything that says Loulz went to jail, but her comment was just off the wall and the VERY first thing she said. A lot of people, myself included, thinks Pey is basically the person he hooked up with to look after his house and his affairs when and if he goes to prison. For clarity's sake, the trouble happened, he went to court, then he went and picked up Pey and they both went to the Ice Poseidon scavenger hunt.

THCA flower is real marijuana. He's a dumbshit for holding onto it.

THCA is basically undecarboxylated THC, or a precursor to THC. The decarboxylating process is constant in cannabis: THCA->THC->CBN and is caused by heat. Burning cannabis makes this process instant, hence smoking it. When the farmbill passed the altnoids hit the market (boof cannabanoids like thcp, hhc, delta8 et al, which are byproducts of isolating CBN/CBG and other non-psychoactive components into distillate and sold as gummies to homeopaths and wine moms). Sellers realized that cannabis could be harvested and cured early with allowable delta9 (THC) levels at .03% by dry weight as outlined in the farmbill. It tends to be a bit "muted" due to this, but that really is the only distinction between cannabis sold in a legal state, and actual THCA flower sold in a boof shop in a semi-legal state. They couldn't sell it as cannabis, because cannabis is still a federal schedule one substance, so it started being marketed as THCA flower. Technically this is accurate, and by the technical definition, THCA is the dormant form of THC/Delta9. At the same time, other boof merchants started spraying hemp flower with distillates like THCp (stay the fuck away from this shit) and selling it (as an aside, I am confident that Loulz had plenty of sprayed boof since he admitted it was from a gas station, but THCA flower can be purchased at a multitude of online sources and sent via USPS). THCA got all wrapped up with this sprayed boof, and there is a continued misconception that THCA flower is not real cannabis and it's been sprayed, or treated. It's a hilarious and ongoing misconception amongst both legislators and stoners that I find fascinating. In my opinion, since there really isn't much - if any - legal oversight, dispo's in legal states such as California who are experiencing a cannabis glut are selling excess stock as THCA flower. As I mentioned, the decarb process is constant in cannabis, so its potency inevitably decreases over time. Since there isn't any agency oversite such as the ATF inspecting packages at the post office, it can be purchased and sent with little fear. It appears Alabama legislators saw through the bullshit and criminalized it all.

I agree, and it's basically impossible to test the difference. But in AL, a delta 9 joint will get you a warning but they are on the warpath for THC-A because people, mostly parents, were angry you could buy it at gas stations. So they're throwing the book at anyone with it. He basically didn't know the law came into effect in July and self-snitched by accident.
