the problem with these tests is that because they're taken online most of them are done by an introverted type, meaning the MATI suddenly becomes a 8 choice personality test with the vast majority all having the same personality.

fuck look at the results so far for this one. the vast majority having IRU, because this isn't a school or retail job or other place with little self selection you instead have everyone having the same personality
I spent 20 min doing this just to be called a Schizo ( Iu Rc Uu) lmao.
thats supposedly the rarest personality type but 6 people in this thread admit to having it

Okay so I'm IcFuUu which is apparently normal just a lil bit autistic. Ngl I'm kinda let down.
i knew this fucking thing would call me a schizoid
Dw schizoid just means a loner/an introvert.
I might become a mentally ill lolcow. What the hell bros
I mean please do produce content for us lol
I got IuRcUu as well but I'm too retarded to understand what that means. Probably means I'm retarded.
Uu stands for autism...
Jokes on you it actually said you're an intellectual or something.
I have to shake the Joy-con to doubt faster on this test. Comparing to the MBTI nerd horoscope and its usual 500+ questions this one seems methodologically flawed. Not only the number of questions are really low, they are very obvious and easily gamed for a "good" answer, both consciously and subconsciously and they are very repetitive and often grossly unfitting too. practically every question in every personality test has an option that makes you go "hell yeah, that is me!" and fully align with it, but not here, There were several that were so grossly unfitting, inapplicable and trying too hard to instantly categorize you through a false dichotomy that they just felt amateurish, like a psychologist on his first day, categorizing you as a gay nigger for a cigar. While I hugely respect it for not holding heckin wholesome feefees as a priority, and understand its purpose of filtering headcases out of glowie ops, many of the outcomes were overtly pathologizing too, like there are only a few that could be taken as neutral or lukewarmly positive, most of them categorizes people as various schizos, who would by definition, not take tests until forced to. A sort of anti-barnum effect even.
Yup many questions were repetitive especially those about grades and school. Sometimes the answers weren't mutually exclusive and I wanted to click both. But most of those fancy psycho tests are dumb.
Fellow INTJ here.... Are we officially considered the equivalent of Hitler?
No you're the equivalent of annoying faggots who bully people with this intj bullshit xd

To be honest, questions are supposed to be repetitive, asking the same thing framed several ways for accuracy. Questionnaires are actually a very solved and mature technology because of their importance to governance and politics as you can infer insane amounts of very accurate data from one. Like, I've seen a sociologist working with them at uni, taking a dozen or so random ass questions like favorite foods, what sort of car you drive, age you lost your virginity and other shit and making very accurate predictions of what political parties you'd support on and what are the chances you'd actually get off your ass and vote, just by inferring your social strata, preferences and issues out of statistical cold reading and finding unexpected correlations There is a certain method of constructing them well though, and this was absurdly amateurish. The questions were non-applicable half the time, which is the biggest failure possible when making a questionnaire, cause it means the taker will just fill it with random shit, ie. statistical noise.

the problem with these tests is that because they're taken online most of them are done by an introverted type, meaning the MATI suddenly becomes a 8 choice personality test with the vast majority all having the same personality.
Less of a problem and more like, working perfectly as intended, showing strong, repeatable correlation. Personality traits clustering on jobs, interests, habits, even cultures is nothing new. There's also a lot of bullshit and unspoken loaded expectations about the nerd horoscope. Like, most people expect it unconsciously to be an equal spread, that every single one has a similar percentage and they are all equally valuable, which is just haha, no. Depending on the subject pool, the top 4-6 traits take up 50% and the top 2 traits can take up as much as 30%. Described as:

ESFJ (Extraverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging) is a Myers-Briggs personality type known as "The Consul" or "The Caregiver," characterized by being outgoing, warm, organized, loyal, and people-focused, thriving on helping others practically and building harmony, but can struggle with criticism and a need for approval, often excelling in supportive careers like teaching or nursing.
ISFJ stands for Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging, a personality type in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) system, known as "The Protector" or "Defender," characterized by warm-hearted, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals who focus on practical needs, value harmony, and serve others quietly. They are dependable, observant, and enjoy creating structured, supportive environments, but may struggle with asserting their own needs or being overlooked
You can immediately recognize as heckin wholesome descriptions of FUKKEN NORMIEEEES, emotional, dependent, consensus drones who live in the moment and need constant positive reinforcement but are actually spineless lemmings, incapable of providing the same structure or support to others.

You can immediately contrast this with INTJ+ENTJ, which make up 2-4% of the population together, but up to 50% or more in leadership position. Of course, its not hecking wholesome to say that some personalities are bipolar bitches and redditors by default and some others are born for leadership, so many conclusions to draw from the raw data are left as a fun exercise to the reader. Corpo faggots of course, overvalue this one too and in an absolute classical corpo move stat treating the measure as the goal, as just being an ENTJ child does not make you a golden god of humanity on its own, nor pretending to be the right nerd horoscope either.

I too browse /sci/

Anyhow I pulled a shiny type

This is the most primitive of the IRU patterns and an tends to be relatively rare. In general, the ir*u has made little adaptation or modification of his primitive tendencies; he is a non-involving schizoid person with limited emotional control and little awareness of any need to develop social-interpersonal competence. At best, he is a self-centered, highly autistic person who is individualistic and self-seeking; at worst, he is the classic childhood schizophrenic who never develops beyond his autistic personalized world.

Like the ir*u*, [IuFcAc] discussed below, this is a narcissistic adjustment, but it lacks the negativism and social-interpersonal defensiveness of the ir*u adjustment. Instead, the ir*u is much more socially passive and insulated. The ir*a* [IuFcUc] has learned some form of social adaptation in his development that maintains him fairly effectively, but the ir*u remains socially and interpersonally insulated from the beginning without developing superficial maturity. He is completely succor dependent and needs constant care and attention, not because he demands it in an overt way, but because he is essentially helpless without it. Obviously, it is very difficult for the ir*u to achieve any sort of productive, adult adjustment. The extreme ir*u is very difficult, if not impossible, to test, so part of the rarity of this pattern stems from this. Some ir*u records will occur in individuals with organic conditions, but usually the pattern is a result of the impairment and masks the pre-organic personality pattern. The ir*u is often a management problem because he is abusive, overactive, and assaultive. There are definite childish temper tantrums that are unrelated to external events.

For the record I do not dismember people

It called me a sociopathic Narc likely to become a con man, swindler and that I am cold and distant to intimate relations, without a sense of guilt.
IcRuAu

Rude.

I'm on a VPN and I had to reload the page where the number of the question wasn't where i remember it was. Overall, I'd say it lines up where I thought it'd end up.
Also hi fellow glowies :3

Got the delusional eccentric alcoholic like OP (IcRcUu). Honestly doesn't sound as bad as the other possible outcomes.
Same! Got it too, and aside from the "he is rarely an imaginative person, because he guards against autistic tendencies" ( :optimistic:) it actually described me well. No real slam-downs, I guess I just gotta work at avoiding a Nick Rekieta mid-life crisis...

I'm really disappointed. I thought it was cool that it gives negative descriptions, but it even got one of the primitives completely wrong. Like it thinks I was a withdrawn child, which is objectively not true. This is defeneatly on the same level as astrology.
