Twitter is infested with SMT fags who keep screaming about Matador being hard and trying their hardest at keeping the series relevant by screaming into the eternal void, but in reality neither SMT or Persona are hard, both boil down to prep work but each version has it's trade offs on what you need to do. 70% of people were able to make it past him in the HD remake, so it goes to show you just how skewed their idea of difficulty is. There's a lot of tribalism within the franchise for some reason or another. If it isn't P3 vs P4 vs P5, it's Old Persona vs New Persona. If not, then it's SMT (which it spun off from) vs Persona because the former is mad that Atlus gave their love and attention to Persona.

In fairness one of those times was probably Royal and maybe another was because the disk got scratched or something but even if both of these are the case (and i highly doubt the latter) thats still one more copy than any sane person should have

Im the type of guy who doesnt let fandoms affect my enjoyment of something. I like P4 so I guess that means ill like P5 and maybe P3 (the whole you cant control your party faggotry has me worried). I dont get how some people are like just because you like this game the best that automatically means you hate the other games.

Having seen this shit when P4 was announced and not yet released, me neither. I think people just have the need to be contrarians.
By the way, pick up Persona 3 Portable if you don't like the idea of automated parties.
