On one hand, I can't give a shit about Muslims (tm) , but on the other hand Paradox has essentially butt-fucked their fans since CK2. I guess I have to hope that the Muslims don't die of frostbite and I hope they give Paradox the good fucking they deserve because their DLC/buisness model is cancer. CK3 was 1/5th the game CK2 ever was on launch, and the new DLCs are trash. Fuck Paradox. I guess I have to cheer for the browns on this one.

I wish there was half as much outrage for Paradox releasing bazillion shitty unplaytested DLCs for every game as for... this.

Once again, rabid tribalism and chimping out wins the day. When will people learn that to get what you want, you have to be loud, unreasonable, and retarded?
 
In non-turkroach news, is CK3 fucking dogshit or is it just me? I haven't managed to find a fun way to continue to the end of a campaign yet because it all breaks down into the following issues:

  • Playing tall is useless because one of my children will end up accidentally inheriting some duchy slap bang in the middle of nowhere and I either end up with a province halfway across the map, or they take out the duchy I gave them.
  • Playing wide is just boring because literally everyone is easy to steamroll, and even despite having tier 4 authority my vassals will constantly blob outwards, even though in the fucking notes it says they require a hook to declare war outside my kingdom/empire.
  • Roleplaying doesn't work because it's just a case of cycling through the same 10 events per character. Personality quirks does the square root of fuck all as there's only usually one flavour event per lifetime.
  • Fighting to gain kingdoms only to gift them to family members so they can spread my genes will typically result in me inheriting something big down the line.
I think the most fun I've had so far is being a vassal of the HRE but even then it becomes a case of fighting against getting elected, as well as watch myself get a larger and larger penalty as the emperor keeps giving me duchies with no counties or baronies so I can't give them away. I'll destroy them and then the emperor will create them and give them back to me, so it's all for nothing.

At least CK2 felt like actions had more weight to them, there were plenty of events with no good choices just the lesser evil, and a war with say France was terrifying as opposed to now where I can just hug the outskirts and I'll be around 85% warscore before they even bother engaging.

Something tells me they wouldn't be making this argument if the banned guy in question was a german with a hitler profile pic and that paradox would just keep banning people questioning the ban. The only reason they're entertaining any of this and apologizing is because the guy in question is turkish

Reminder that paradox has a long history of mods doing retarded shit. My favorite example being the shitshow that started when a mod banned a guy for pointing out terror bombing was a thing that is actually in HOI1 as a research option, after being told by the mods that it wasn't and no discussion on the matter would be tolerated

So they ban people for mentioning what is literally in their own game and are surprised when something like this happens

Paradox is and always has been run by idiots
