Came back to the game after not touching it for years. The perks was a surprise and honestly im indifferent to their addition. The game has been fun, playing Hog is always fun to jamk people in and blow their heads off. Was surprised to see loot boxes make a return. Personally im having more fun in OW than in Rivals.

yeah i came back to this game too. mowing down opponents with bastion's gatling gun is satisying. and i'm happy they brought back his self heal ability, even though its a perk. now i can stop nagging my team's healers.

2016-2018 vet here. So why should I give this game a second chance despite:
-marvel rivals existing
-knowing about the problems with how nu-blizzard treats its community,
-the pride faggot shit on maps that you cant deactivate during june
-the stagnation of ideas from the devs.
-THE BIG THING for me is the 5v5 shit which is more stressful which is why I prefer other class/hero shooters.
I'm not trying to shit up the thread, I genuinely want to know . I'll probably install it anyway just to check, but I'm not impressed so far.

Understandable, modern DC/Marvel is shit, but the game is pretty fun, the characters aren't ugly, and the skins that appeal to faggots/women are all limited time and cost 16-24$.
I just unlocked everything for Marvel Rivals season 7 and I need something else to play until May 15 when season 8 starts, I'll give it a shot, but even if I end up liking it, I'm not playing that shit during pride month and I'm never giving them money.

Alright, I'll concede. The game is still fun and the only pride map reskin is one of the mid overwatch 2 maps, Midtown. The SBMM system feels a little shitter than Marvel Rival's. It felt like it was pitting me up against 10 year vets 50% of the time or noobs the other 50%. Players are much more agreeable in OW unranked 6v6 than in Marvel Rivals,I've had more 2-2-2 even role amount matches than MR.
I played the game back in the day on a friend's account and never paid for it/any microtransactions or paid for OW2 when it was pay2play so I'm not broken up about lost progress, it was so long ago.
Most of the fun/cool content is from the pre-overwatch 2 era when they still cared and tried. The new heroes are fun, but the post-ow1 era maps are mid.
Its cool that I have another Multiplayer game I can play in circulation, but I'm still not giving these niggers at blizzard any money, it's clear this game is only alive because its a hanger on of the more successful Activision-Blizzard titles like WOW or Call of Duty.
Have some redditor's seething at the US turning 250 this July:
I admittedly would break my no-buy rule to buy a limited time US themed battlepass just to make the trannies seethe, but I doubt that will happen. The colonial/military/US themed skins are the best in the game, but those were released at launch when there when less cucks in game development.
Casiddy will always be McCree to me.
Edit: Overwatch also stutters less after multiple hours of play and runs slighty better than Marvel Rivals but thats likely because its a game from 2016, back when optimization wasn't complete shit.
