I've been swayed to the KickVic side.

As dumb as Ron Toye is, he's smart enough that he's gotten nearly all the Farmers and Nick Rekieta to start repeating the Monica hotel room story as if Vic confirmed it or something like it, and just said it was consensual instead of forced. Vic's responses to the I09 article and his deposition testimony flat out reject the idea that it happened, so Toye's been 100% successful in getting people to forget the denials and imagine that the question is about different interpretations of events that both parties agree took place.

Hats off to Toye. Y'all Farmers are gullible.
