No, no, no, I don't think you get me. That's not me saying Chris is an unplanned miracle, that's me quoting Chris on his perception of how he came to be.

He was an unplanned pregnancy because Bob didn't wear a condom on that night of drinking 33 years ago. Barb is the one who told Chris he was a "miracle" of some sort and not an idiot who ruined their lives by merely being conceived.

Assuming he didn't fail out of college, Eli's cutting things close if he's supposed to start the Fall Semester.
And seriously, where are his parents? Yes, the kid's the blunt knife in the block, but then again, maybe the proverbial apple didn't fall far from the proverbial tree?
This has crossed the line into Twilight Zone territory:
