Poor Eli. This... Goddamn it this is fucked up. And hilarious. And just... Jesus. Jace is sooo going to a mental hospital after this.

yeah. whether or not the plan was legit or not, they exposed all of it to the embassy on TWITTER no less, which im sure they wont have too good of a sense of humor about. to paraphrase jace from earlier today "they sealed their own grave".
 
Alright. If this whole Jace business is a :ruse:, this is likely where we find out. Nothing the hypothetical Jace-ruseman could do would possibly top this. A performer as genius as someone pretending to be Jace would have to be would know this is the perfect place to say "Aha! Gotcha!".

For Eli's sake, I really hope that happens. The problem is, at this point, I think this is 100% real. Genuinely concerned for Eli, was in the middle of writing to the US Embassy when I saw someone else had already done it. Geeze, I hope Eli goes to the embassy.
 
I feel vindicated that I wasn't too far off with the "crazy zip-gun" idea.

One of my biggest fears (lol) is that we are going to be left with a cliffhanger and I'm pretty sure that's how this story will end.

There will be no one to record Jace getting arrested, no one to get the Gail-freakout as she learns that Eli was "talking bad about muslims to Jace", no one to record the raid on Jace's house... we'll get nothing.

Maybe if we are lucky, we will see in a month's time an article from the local paper briefly mentioning a "homegrown terrorist" (how ironic) in the sleepy town of [Jace's Location].
