I voted yes, but this made me change my opinion.

I love the idea of his fat greasy sausage fingers sweatily pawing at his phone in a frenzy as he goes through all the back dated threads about him he hadn't been able to see. I picture that finally snapping him into full blown turn-a-dumpster-into-a-fallout-shelter levels of paranoid insanity. But if Ravenor says he's about to collapse in on himself anyway, then don't mess with a working formula until absolutely necessary.

Though I do love the idea of unceremoniously opening it up for daddy rape day and then just as quietly making it invisible again.
 
People who think he would collapse because of this are silly; he thrives on attention of any kind. This would be the equivalent of giving a dying plant water and would actually result in less larfs than you guys think.
 
Voted yes.

I am for whatever creates the most lulz from Phil. If that means making his life even worse, great. If that means making it "better" by giving him a means of getting temporary asspats, great. I have no attachment to Phil beyond wanting to laugh at him.

His life is starting to fall apart, so frankly, giving him something to fixate on (his forum) will mean he'll pay even less attention to trying to right the sinking ship of his life than he already is, which will likely only accelerate his decline.
 
I already see what the poll is VASTLY in favor of making the board public again, but I implore you to nit make it public at this point in time.

While yes, there is certainly less content at the moment then there has been in the past, we're very quickly approaching the point of an utter and complete meltdown of the spudking.

Without being able to see what's going on behind the doors of his Sub, he's been left to impotently grasp at even the vaguest posts that -might- be referring to him and making out just how mean the 'big, bad kiwi farmers' really are. And that, has been met by silence by his supporters, if not outright questioning him due to how vague the posts have been while he desperately plys for any attention he can get.

The mere fact that he's actively on a 'look at my autism' bender and trying to garner support that way, proves above all else that he is running out of options. And when he's finally used up every resource he has, things are going to happen in ways that we could only dream of.

So please, think of the long term, and not the immediate gratification of having him chimp over this board and giving him ammunition all over again to try and garner real support.
 
I think it's a good idea because he's not producing as much content as he used to. He's gotten desperate to the point that he searches for mentions of his name, so why not?
 
Let Phil boil over and then open a duplicate of this subforum with only posts from a few days after his last confirmed presence left, deleting all the rest. And only give Phil the ability to post in it. Like an incredibly exceptional episode of the Twilight Zone.
 
If there's a way to send him a special invitation to post on here, do so. Tell others that it's in the interest of fairness that he gets a chance to defend himself. Then when he goes off the rails or if he doesn't take you up on a special invitation, tell people that you gave him that chance.

Anyone supporting him after that is irrelevant, as you've shown, firsthand, that he's insensate and have given him every chance to repudiate and discuss the claims in a calm, rational manner.
 
Let's keep the board Kiwi Access Only so that it'll drive his little tater tot for a brain crazy to wonder just what we're saying about him here but he'll never know. It makes him see a Kiwi Agent behind every bush and lamp post, and he writes paranoid essays about his encounters with said "agents", and we get more lulz.

ONLY exception would be to allow him temporary reading privileges on July 4th so he can see us all wishing him a happy Daddy Rape Day and many happy returns. Hell, I say we find out who Phil's Dad is, set up a fund, and send the guy a box of Omaha Steaks as a token of our appreciation.

I think one of the reasons to not is because of how predictable his responses are going to be.

As soon as he can see this he'll make a post about how we're all big meenie-heads and that after a couple of 'woe is me, gib me moniez' he'll post about how autismland is going to invade either more of Canada or how his version of special forces are going to bring the Farms down, then when the forum goes private again he'll post about how he beat the evil cis-dude-bro-gammagate-patriarchy while begging for cash.

Nothing we really haven't seen before and it'll give him a crutch to lean on for a time. I'd rather see him silently implode.
 
I don't get it. We know Phils is bullshit, and HE knows he's bullshit.
The only people who discuss his fake headmates and his phoney folklore are him and us.
He's just a boring, lazy scumbag these days and we're the only ones watching the "Phil show". He likes that we're watching, so for that reason keep it locked.

Hmm, good point. It'd be nice to see the initial chimpout but it would only be temporary.
 
I think for maximum hilarity, just feature (maybe with some added fan fare) the post in rat kings that says why not to help phil and lays out all the shitty things he has done. Phil will see it, he will know we still are discussing him but he won't be able to benefit from it without laying out exactly why he's a terrible person to his few remaining asspatters. He will start chimping out in other ways because of it, but can't use it as a gib' me $$$$ reason.

Maybe he could do a Kiwi AMA instead? One-on-one with someone on the grounds that it's a trade for timed access to the forum. I could see him being overexcited to get caps.

I would like to see the forum opened for just an hour to see if he's obsessed/desperate enough to catch it in a random timeframe.
 
The "no trolling plans" complaints are a little strange because, if anything, making this sub private and unpersoning him in Rat King directly trolled Phil. These are direct actions with direct causes and outside of paid sections or TSIC is one of the few boards not visible to visitors. Phil at any time could get himself into this sub just by making an account and not acting like a stupid idiot but he hasn't because of effort. If he sees it or doesn't, it's all the same - a lot of autistic screaming and flailing about, either because he sees what we say or he imagines what we might say.

Phil is still doing things, he's just not threatening to run Tweaker over with a tank or getting in fights with Anarchists. This isn't because this sub is private either, it's because he now has a place to live and no one wants to see him. He's been isolated by his own actions and until he gets evicted he'd going to be "quiet" simply by virtue of not having to spend all day wandering around annoying others until the people he's crashing with come home to let him in like a fat puppy.

Maybe make a false thread, with approved posters on it, to whip him into a frenzy? Like, not all about him, but more like an entire thread devoted to saying "Hey, ADF sucks ass, look at his friend here. This person is WAY MORE INTERESTING then Phil. Let's devote all resources to them and nuke the Phil boards." Then hide all related Phil content so he believes that we actually do think he isn't worth stalking any more. Say, his live in inebriate, we start a thread on him, with posters commenting on how they are way m9re interesting then Phil. Not being a target of the Farms anymore would drive Phil bugshit, as his entire life at this point is about how we bully him. If we look like we are taking that away, his entire reason for the Internet asspats will disappear, and he will melt down. Add to that his roommate or friend is getting the attention that he feels HE should have..... melt down on a Chernobyl level.
