In what’s being hailed as a milestone for transgender rights, residents of Ontario, Canada, can now identify as “male,” “female” or “X” on their birth certificates or remove the gender designation altogether.

Ferguson, who does not identify as a man or a woman and uses the gender-neutral pronouns “they” and “their,” received their birth certificate ― which features an “X” instead of an “M” or “F” ― on May 4.

Ontario’s government said its revised birth certificate policy aims to “recognize and respect all transgender and non-binary people” and “give all Ontarians access to identification that matches their gender identity,” according to ServiceOntario’s website. The province issued its first gender-neutral driver’s licenses and health identification cards last year."

I suppose at least this birth certificate says "my parents were absolute fucking mongoloids" should the child ever need to prove that.

It's a fucking baby. It's got no concept of the self, let alone its own sexuality. How can it possibly be non-binary or transgender?

If he commits a crime, how will the crime be recorded?

If the police are looking for a suspect based on DNA or description of a man, will this person be considered in the database?

If he goes to prison, which one will they send him to?

There are far too many loopholes wrt crimes. Dangerhairs and sociopaths are going to do this in great numbers. "donna" Perry avoided detection as a serial killer for years by Trooning out in the Pacific Northwest.

And Perry does not pass well, we have the common sense to know which people are actually trannies and which pervs are pigs in wigs. Why don't we use that knowledge?
