It was only a matter of time. This is the natural progression of things. You think they can drunkstream for an audience that wants them to do horrible shit to themselves and NOT have someone lick the toe at some point?
 
You just know someone's placing bids on eating his entire leg when it falls off. Maybe there's like a whole thing going where the asking price is a $1 Million and slowly it'll get lowered to like, $10.

Ever see the movie Cheap Thrills? It has that guy from Anchorman 1 and 2 who is rich and bets these two friends to do increasingly demeaning and dangerous shit for money. There's a scene where a guy eats his own finger for $50K. Good movie.

It’s like they are placing pots under a leaky roof. A far better solution is to make sure the dude doesn’t run out of his adult diapers. He knows he’s gonna piss himself, they know he’s gonna piss himself, so why not keep a pack of Depends on hand and draw straws to see who reminds him to wear one and/or helps him put it on if he’s already started drinking.

How much pain is he in with that toe? I guess he has neuropathy because otherwise he’d be out if his mind with pain.

Doubt it. From what I understand, diabetics lose limbs because of lack of circulation. There's only so much you can do for a wound like that when healthy blood isn't getting to it.

I wonder if that's part of why he drinks so much. Of course he's an alcoholic, but I'd guess that part of the reason he started drinking so heavily was to stop the pain of one of his limbs rotting off his body.
