I like Jaeger, although I also like black licorice and have never mixed any alcohol with energy drinks because that just seems horrible for you in-general and the one time I tried vodka red bull I felt like absolute shit - not just as a hangover but it actively killed my buzz.

Mixing it w/ ginger ale or sprite or really anything light is quite nice. Side note: am not much of an alchie but I would def never choose Jaeger, blade's a true soldier for that shit. Just doing it for the branding consistency, true work horse.

Only retarded kids in their first year of college unironically drink it. Present company included. It just sounded so cool to say Jaeger bomb! Plus you could freeze it, so that might make you seem sophisticated or something.

It is absolutely garbage with a (modest) price tag. It is so repulsively sweet that I honestly feel like throwing up even thinking about it after like 15 years. Liquid black licorice is a pretty accurate description of it.

....working back to blade, I think I'm honestly at a loss for words. He crashed like two or three times on the Las Vegas streets, said fuck it and played go kart against traffic, passed out in the street, got taken away by EMS, they thought he had sepsis but he had had fucking gangrene, was discharged and is already back drinking. If it were any other scenario I would almost admire the strength of his conviction.

I can't even bother to speculate what's going to happen over the next few weeks/days. He has completely defied all of my expectations.
ETA: I've seen some ridiculous plot armor in a lot of cows, but this is on another level. If he shot himself in the head he'll probably black out, wake up and just walk it off.

might be, might not. someone told geezer they were kicking blade out, but it's pretty common for hotels to be massively disorganized. security could want him gone because of the wellness checks, and management could be like "fuck it dood not my problem, he pays he stays"

i'm sure every hotel in vegas has seen worse than a chronic drunk on the brink of death.
 
i dont drink anymore but jager + peppermint schnapps is pretty good plus it has a cool name (screaming nazi)
if my body was literally rotting away while i scraped a living on IP2 jager would probably be my first choice too

If the other kiwifarmer itt is right he is not scraping by at all. He is making thousands of dollars a day. Which makes this whole thing even more ridiculous. If that true blade will be fine and he can go to the hotel next door.

Or maybe I need to go back and reread but the pocket book watch with the spreadsheet itt that guy tallied $6100 dollars in 24 hours.

If I were him I would be putting diet dr. Pepper in those Jaeger bottles and just pretending

That’s what I don’t get. If you’re broke, borderline homeless, and gotta get litty again, why are you choosing jager out of everything? It truly beats me, besides the nostalgia factor. The redbull and jager consistency is astonishing

Maybe we are the poor and retarded ones. Blade is out there living his life while I am sitting is an office full of smelly indians trying to find the cheapest way to refurbish and old 737 without killing the next passengers who board it

The old joke I've heard is that jager is the drink where your first shot or two taste like crap (if you don't like said taste of it or licorice), but after those shots it starts to taste good as you get blackout drunk.
 
blade's definitely made some kinda faustian bargain. he stops drinking, goes broke, and all the damage hits him at once. he keeps drinking, he can seemingly tank anything and makes 6 grand a day - but he might die a little bit.
