I think he rented from this place, 702scooters las vegas. (It's the cheapest and has his model, he mentioned he paid $150 for 5 days or something and this lines up with the plans they have)

I think he is probably fine, someone replied to that post saying they are insured out the ass and don't care unless the scooter is really really broken or straight up missing, he paid for the "insurance" so I guess we will wait and see

They're insured out the ass, those scooters are the cheapest fucking things China can sell in the US and are practically disposable, and they make so much money every day renting these things to people who don't intentionally destroy them that they're profitable even if they lose a scooter every day.
I don't even know what angle a debt collector could reasonably use. Look at the stated repair fee schedule -- you know those numbers are inflated already (the classic "okay faggot I'm actually going to fight back against this debt collection effort" tactic is to challenge the validity of the debt itself, like an insurance company does with an auto shop's repair estimates) but even a "full rebuild" only looks to be a few hundred bucks. That's not worth filing a lawsuit or chasing down post-judgment collection.
The hoof has been unwrapped, uncreamed, uncleaned and has been rubbing around in those crusty airforces for a week now. It's always been visibly disgusting but it is now visibly hardening and the skin is blackening. Can you imagine what this smells like? It must be horrific, it really looks like something you would see from mountain explorers after getting stuck in sub zero where all their fingers and toes are black, its amazing how you can do this to yourself from just drinking jager non stop.
His condition has to be getting worse and who knows what will happen if it's kept like this for a few more months. At a glance he has the common symptoms of gangrene (Changes in skin color — ranging from pale gray to blue, purple, black, bronze or red, Swelling. A foul-smelling discharge leaking from a sore. Thin, shiny skin, or skin without hair")
