Dude, I got into the Blade lore like 2 years ago and I thought I was late to the party back then! Dude's basically been a dead streamer for the past two years. He went sober for a year and started drunk streaming relatively recently again. At first it was just lame and pathetic, but he's back to peak form as of the pepper spray stream. Blade is back and maybe more degenerate than ever. Take a look at the Stonic10 series if you want some more kino to hold you over until the next stream.

Yeah I heard how he was on the wagon for a year (very impressive for a chronic alcoholic) and lost his toes during that time, A shame really, given he was trying to fix his life...

Any idea why he decided to get back on the sauce?

Blade claims he stopped drinking. Whether he did or not, who knows. He has implied that since he lost his toes, what does it matter as he needs to stream to make money.

Would his leg and toe holes even have healed if he quit drinking? The story about his amputation while he was sober seems off to me. Surely some of the damage would heal if he didn't drink a pint of Jager every night. The only other explanation is that he just has untreated diabetes and refuses to see a doctor about it.

Drinking that sweet jager syrup is only part of the problem. He does have diabetes, he is morbidly obese, he smokes, no teeth, and so on.
I think he did quit because the doctors scared him, but the damage was already done. Now the toes are gone despite his best efforts.
I think he's given up. Going out in a blaze of glory and we're all here for it. 🎃🚬

He's obese, but not morbidly obese. Most of the weight gain was clearly from the drinking and lack of exercise but he's not 400 pounds. The smoking definitely isn't helping with his blood circulation though since nicotine constricts blood vessels.

Blade also seemed unbothered about losing his teeth years ago. Or during the infamous hospital stream in Missouri where they literally had to drain fluid from his swollen leg. I think he stopped giving a fuck about his health a long, long time ago.

His last real chance to turn it around was when he was staying sober at the Foltz's. It was all over the night he fell to the temptation of the Jager bottle that dono sent him and he never recovered from that. His "year sober" with his mom just feels like a token gesture.

Seems like this past holiday season is when he started doing fire sales again. I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be a one off, but now he cant help himself lol. He's seriously a great follow for any alcoholic in recovery. Great reminder of why not to drink.

It all started on December 3rd, 2025, which was Blade's 43rd birthday. No one even convinced him to crack open a bottle, IIRC it was literally all on him and it quickly spiraled from there.

Every time Blade gets drunk after a sobriety streak is like him loading a save in a video game. Picking up right where Lit Romney left off with the slurs and pissing where he shouldn't.

At first those streams were really sad. It was like he was just being a drunken bum, with the streaming just being a really weak excuse. He was getting views, he was making shit for money. It's only super recent that his streams have been actually worthwhile. I was legitimately rooting for him when he went sober, and had hoped he'd turn things around after that first December relapse. Now I just root for him to crash and burn because he's such a peice of shit. It didn't have to be this way. Now he's totally irredeemable in my view. He's resigned himself to a slow and painful death, but not before he undergoes several amputations and potentially needing dialysis in order to see each new day. He's so past the point of no return, it's actually stomach turning.
