When he drops loads of money the first place he goes is here, a containment thread in the middle of DSP's subforum. It goes like this:
- Tries to call all the attention possible during the stream (he doesn't love Phil like he acts in chat. Shocking, I know);
- Make it obvious that it's him tipping, but using different names because... well, idfk;
- Rushes to see people talking about him.

He loves when people get genuinely upset with him. He's just a regular troll, nothing too special (except his DNA).
Now, why drop so much money is something that I have no clue why.

@Piece of Peace has been doing it, but I'd imagine that it's hard to know which ones are his and which socks aren't as a lot of those new socks are different whales who also don't want to get doxxed, but being a troll and knowing how people will react regardless, some whale could tip Phil money and OIC will just be like: "There you go" just to troll with people thinking it's him. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.

But regardless how much money he's been spending, he is getting what he wants. Hell, there are have people who go from twitch channel to twitch channel (from the ones he was following on his screenshot of his twitch) asking about him for the past few months.

This is just pure speculation because we have no concrete way of knowing accurate financial details, but I think OIC has a fairly limited income. if I had to guess, during the vest streak he was burning through his savings, but when it ended, his donations started getting smaller. I wouldn't be surprised if that's why he finally decided to let the vest streak end, as opposed to it being part of his master trolling plan. But, it could also be he's less inclined to donate as often after getting modship, like we've seen with some other prominent paypigs. Given how he's in his scorned lover phase with the detractor community though, I think if he had the funds to drop, he'd be supporting Phil way more to spite us. I haven't actually run the numbers though, so someone who is more involved with tracking donations might be able to prove otherwise.

Uaine isn't OIC as in chatlogs, OIC has complained about Uaine following him from twitch channel to channel for the past few months asking if he was there recently. That and Uaine lives in Brazil while OIC lives in the U.S. All of Uaine's screenshots are also in Portuguese while all of OIC's is in English

A lot of trolls have been doing gayops in OIC's name because they know that people will search for it and assume for it to be real. I have very little reason to believe that OIC will get his email or phone exposed. You can call him stupid for giving Phil thousands, but I doubt that someone would be able to find his personal info that easily unless they were like a hacker or someone who knew in real life

I thought exactly the same thing, especially after Nigel alerted us of the suspicious dm's containing links.

However, I think the site he linked (Rafflecopter) was legit? I'm not sure, because I didn't click it...
 
Dominick had self-dox'd on Twitter several months ago. He's since removed it, but he's definitely not OIC. Dominick's been donating to various re-streamers for at least 6 months consistently and larger amounts. $100 here, $50 there, another $20 there. Always be careful who you give your address to, especially if it's too good to be true (like a brand new console because you watched a DSP restream).
