he probably does work out, but he mentioned before he cant even bench 2 plate lol. hes been working out for 3+ years and cant even bench 100kg, fkn pathetic. i know the type of lifter he is, does useless shit like biceps and abs instead of focusing on heavy compound lifts that would hit those muscles anyway. hitting biceps last on a heavy back and shoulder day is fine but he would be the type of guy to do 12 different variations of bicep curls and then wonder why he isnt getting anywhere. imagine fucking up at lifting with all the information available to you.

the wheelchairs might think its impressive because they cant get to the gym without a carer and needed to be assisted on to the stationary bike, but people who actually train just think youre a joke mate.

oic is the type of person to hog all the lower weight dumbells (12.5 kg - 17kg) for 1 hour plus because he has no gym etiquette.

oic is the type of person to stumble and stutter when someone asks if they can work in because hes been on the same machine/bench/rack for ages and doesnt understand other people want to use the same equipment.

oic is the type of person to try and brag to co-workers about the gym only for them to be surprised that he even lifts because his physique is so average that they cant even tell he trains lol.

the way oic talks about the gym says so much about who he is, and its what everyone expects: pathetic, sad and lonely.

I'm not a gym guy, but I once had a boyfriend that was heavily into it. Going by his routine, you're pretty much on the nose. There's a specific order to do things, particularly when it working on the bottom part of your body. If OiC worked on all of this in one day, then he didn't work hard. I mean literally lifting a weight for a few reps and then changing to leg weights. Also I'm not too sure about why, but my ex NEVER did cardio whilst lifting. The cardio part of his routine was always on a different day.

Either OiC is lying or he has no idea what he's doing.
