Here's my take on this (prepare for an autistic overview): OIC's end goal is to create chaos and be the center of the attention of both detractors and wheelchairs. In this scenario, I think Nigel has more accurately described what goes in this dude's head. It goes like this:

- Give massive amounts of money to Phil to earn his trust and to make he do retarded things, like the failed return of the vest streak, ignoring the platinum vest to avoid trolling, buying new hats and vests to "improve" the stream, etc;
- Appearing in chat to just type some nonsense and to be the most obnoxious individual he can possibly be, to, again, just piss people off. Oh, and careful on what you gather from him, because he fucking lies a lot in chat and purposefully "leaks" false info about him;
- Pretend that all the tips are from him, to make sure that no one takes any credit from tipping and also he gets to be the "savior" to Phil's fans and the "devil" to detractors. Also, he says that he has multiple accounts, so any new whale that shows up immediately "becomes" OIC;
- Doxing everything that moves. Why? Because it's fun for him to scare people away. It makes him feel more powerful (lmao). There's no clear reason on how he decides his next target. It almost seem like he randomly decides who he's going after;
- And, of course, the name changes. That one it's pretty obvious.

So, there you go.

TL;DR: He doesn't have a objective. He's there to cause chaos and to mess with anyone that watches Phil, be a detractor or a fan. It doesn't matter who you are to him.
But I still laugh at him, because it's fucking retarded to spend that amount of money to do this.

But like a lot of "ironic" Phil fans, he became a legitimate paypig. I don't think he ever grew to actually like Phil, despite the act he puts on, but he certainly loves the attention and what he perceives is power, both from Phil being reliant on him and being made a mod. I think his endgame was still to be a master class troll detractor, but it backfired spectacularly and instead of being hailed as a hero here, he continues to be routinely mocked.

So now...he has no endgame, but he's invested too much into things to just give up. I still don't think he's at the point where he actually likes Phil or his content, but donating is the only way to get attention. He's also become a vindictive ex towards the detractor community because we rejected him, so he's desperately trying to convince himself that, he was actually playing us the whole time and we're the ones who are hurt and upset. But that won't last, and in a month or two, he'll be back to trying to convince people this was all part of his trolling plan and he's really a cool guy, just look at how many of DSP's mods he's doxed or whatever his next attention ploy is.

I keep seeing the band names being attributed to the thread subject but it was never established as not being the other ironic fan instead of this thread subject. Not sure why you think they're the same person yet?

Now the generic first names, which are suspiciously all notorious lolcow thread names like "Terry" (A. Davis, creator of templeOS), "Chris" (tian Weston Chandler, creator of ), or "Don" (Barris, Perry Caravello's former friend/tormentor), those I can see being established as a low effort concealment technique of the thread subject, but the band names usage hasn't been convincingly tied into the same thread subject to me at least yet.
