I think Phil still has a few big whales, but they've stopped trying to compete with one another. One whale runs dominant for awhile, but when that one goes down, one of the whales waiting in the wings jumps in to take over.

It's because Phil can only really "care" about one whale at a time. We've seen in the past how he responds when someone gives him 1k out of the blue. Any other streamer would be ecstatic and singing that person's praises, but Phil forgets about them by next stream, unless they're able to repeatedly chalk up 1k. Sometimes he even scolds them for chasing away all the other whales.

I'm pretty sure there's one or two more whales just waiting for OIC to fade into obscurity so they can take his spot and be the new stream hero. But, Phil, in typical Phil fashion, has definitely chased away some of the whales with his insane tip requirements. The switch to YouTube hurt as well, but he's been playing up the drama more and more, and that's what the whales love to see since it feeds into their bully fighting LARP delusions.

OIC will always be the Walmart Tut, in both money and popularity. Phil's chat actually liked Tut, and it was only until Swagginz became jealous and started trying to oust Tut that trouble started to brew. OIC has been pretty pathetic since he arrived, everyone thinks he's a joke and Phil has said multiple times "OIC wasn't around for the vest streak"..."Oh, he was?". Poor OIC, eventually Phil will remember you, just get him that Hulk Hogan and then it'll be good.

Phil only started the stream after 54 minutes. In the DDM reestream, it says that he started at 07:04 pm and in his phone, it was showing 18:12/06:12 pm. Which confirms that OIC is on the same timezone as Phil, which I'm going to refer as GMT-7.

I'm pretty sure that was Evilibrium's chatroom. He used to host Jackbox streams after DSP's night streams ended. OIC had sent me links to Evilibrium's livestreams a couple times while he was broadcasting.

After Pwdubz was exiled from the streams he used to stream a lot along with Evilibrium and some other ironic fans. not sure if they still do it though.

Just adding to it. From what I could gather his date format isn't common. He could be from Hong Kong and moved to the US. Maybe he really is a Derich. I tried to change my format to his but I couldn't - maybe I wasn't too patient enough or would have to customize it manually (possible), maybe I have to download a specific language pack. Most of the times, when I looked for a date format with hyphens and the days first, I would see dd-mmm-yyyy (14-Aug-2021) or dd-mm-yyyy (14-08-2021).

I think it's pretty much impossible to tell what this faggot is. He obviously tells many narratives about himself, and he also is very afraid of getting doxed, so I don't really believe anything he ever says about his life.

Hopefully not powerleveling myself too much but I served for 12 years in combat comms and then retrained to aeromedical evacuations so I have been JTAC with various branches and I can tell you one thing. That guy is no officer and doesn't really give me military vibes at all.

I've been out for a while so I suppose that I could be wrong, however, with his history and his personality type there is no way he wouldn't be looking for validation to be thanked for his service ...especially by Phil...especially on days like Veterans Day.

There are roughly 7 military bases in WA and I believe they are mostly Navy, Army, and Air Force (no marine, coast guard, or space force) so I suppose if he were military there are bases nearby for him to be stationed at.

Our military computers were Dell "rugged" computers and had M-D-Y formats (other than time being 24 hours versus 12) not D-M-Y.

I'm not opposed to the theory that he is in Canada if they use that format. I just really don't get that military vibe. I just think he would have more confidence, more self control, self respect, and be slightly more mature if he were serving his country...AND...once again I dont see a world where it wouldn't have been advertised by him yet if he were active duty.

One last thing to note - even as a "junior officer" assuming 2nd Lt he would only be making like 40k a year. Not enough to support the Snort Fort.

I imagine he's late 20's, early 30's, with some kind of middle management white collar job. Nothing particularly high on the totem pole. Probably works remotely, maybe some kind of IT job, where he has a fair amount of free time to slack off at work and is shoved into a corner/working remotely where nobody sees him. Maybe something close to what Phil did back in the day when his dad got a job at the helicopter place. Goes without saying, but he's single, no real social life to speak of. I'll roll the dice and say he's either autistic or a furry just because of how many of Phil's other wheelchairs ended up being at least one of those. I'd love to be proven wrong, but I have a hard time imagining him living a bland and boring lifestyle.

[REDACTED] lives in the Seattle area, you guys buying into the 24 hour clock shit, I throw this out there. I talk to people all over the globe, trade stocks and crypto and talk to people around the world online so why would I not use a 24 clock.

Vet here. Can confirm that dd-mmm-yy and 24 hour clock is a standard military format for date/time. I've used it ever since I was in.

Also want to point out that OIC said when he was staying in Hawaii on vacation, it was with family friends at Hickam AFB. I don't think he's military, there's nothing that points to that. I do think, however, that he's a military brat.
