Devil's advocate: what if one doesn't care whether or not a paypig faggot like coffeecuck feels 'satisfaction' from trolls seething, but legitimately find it funny when they transfer their money to Scopely and DoorDash via DSP?

I'd personally prefer that Jaxx/DasBoSchitt/coffeecuck/etc. throw their money away and suffer for their retarded decisions sometime in the future than actually building up their nest egg or buying cool shit for themselves. If the cost of letting them feel like they're 'playing me like a fiddle' or whatever the fuck is $10k+ a year for the rest of their lives then please by all means lmao

I mean, I won't argue that it's a joke that's been driven into the ground, but so are a lot of Phil related comments. When we call/allude to Khet being a horse, we're not doing that because we're secretly jealous or seething that Phil has a girlfriend. Same with people who call him goutlord or Dave or "the guy". Punching the air is just a joke quote about some keyboard warrior in Phil's chat. That's it. Now, there's definitely some people that are legit angry or jealous or whatever, but they're usually the ones sperging out and being an alog.

All that being said, I do agree the posts that are only the same joke that's probably been said two other times on the same page aren't necessary, and it's fine to find them annoying. But that doesn't mean OIC is winning or getting under people's skins. I don't even remember if OIC was the original "punching the air" person, I thought that was some rando who said it in response to a tip goal being hit. IMO, the joke isn't even really about OIC specifically, more the pointlessness of hitting the tips goal. The paypigs pretend like it's a huge victory, but it's literally memoryholed by the start of the next stream, so their big win/celebration is utterly meaningless. Phil could get $2, or $200 or $200,000 at the end of the stream and the result is the same no matter what. He'll go back to begging the next stream because all the money is spent. That's why it seems so silly to celebrate hitting the sub goal. Basically, sometimes a meme is just a meme.
