In comparison, OIC barely managed to buy his way into being a mod, which he ended up losing. Even Swaggins, one of the more pathetic and insecure DSP paypigs, at least never lost his janitor status, not to mention it didn't take him nearly as long to buy it in the first place. And I'm fairly confident he spent less as well.

OIC is the one who needs Phil. Without being able to leech onto Phil, he's a nobody. With someone like Derich, there's other things to discuss besides DSP, in fact, his thread is mostly about his crazy tweets and rarely about Phil directly. OIC is only discussed in relation to what he says/does in Phil's chat. He's nothing without it. Just like all the paypig heroes who came before him, and certainly like whichever one inevitably steps up to replace him. It'll probably be just like the other cases too. Phil will finally say something that OIC disagrees with/personally insults him, OIC will run away in a huff, thinking Phil will reach out and apologize because he needs his money. Within a few days, some other paypig will have stepped up to fill the void and become head paypig, with OIC ultimately crawling back to kiss the gouty ring and throw out the occasional contribution to try and relieve those sad glory days.

I think you hit the nail on the head, though I seriously doubt that Phil stands any chance of attracting a whale to save him from needing OIC. There's a reason that, despite their contempt for the loser, no one tries to oust him by surpassing his generosity. They either can't, or don't want to. Doesn't matter which, either way it means that OIC is the ceiling right now, anyone below him, if he vanishes, that's what Phil gets from then on. A lowered ceiling.

The vest streak happened in 2020, and I have to assume that shit coming to light since then is at least part of the reason why it's a distant memory. Especially the bank leaks, and Phil stupidly admitting they were real, but with "fraudulent charges". His rep is so bad now that even retards are seeing it. There are only so many people just like him the world, who stand a chance on finding him, because his infamy isn't that widespread. Not a lot of people know of him, it's just that 90% of them have a negative opinion of him. And his discoverability on YT is obviously in the toilet. He has a better chance of a whale finding him through the detractor community than he does directly, and any potential whale who comes across a Snort Burnell or Soma Julius Cruz vid is going to have to have a 99.9% psychological match with Phil in order to get any further.

This is why I've said in another thread that it's like Phil decided to get worse every year, because at this point the material he provides is cancerous enough to go beyond the tolerance levels of even a lot of oddballs and imbeciles, where just a highlight reel of the most recent stream is enough to drive them away, just like it does with normies. That didn't used to so much to be the case, and it just blows me away that the more Phil loses, the more he cranks the toxicity up.

This is tinfoil hat territory, but I think some of Phil's loyal paypigs actually manage to save up and wait for specific moments to swoop in and be the tipping hero. Pretty sure Swaggins used to do this, he'd wait for a string of low tips, then flex his cash by tipping for a few solid days. But if someone else stepped up, he'd sit back and build up his next offering.

We kinda saw an example of that with the Pokemon bid war a few days back. It suggests some of the paypigs are sitting on tip money but only bust it out at moments where they can flex/those rare instances where Phil offers something resembling a reward. Right now, with OIC being such a constant, even the paypigs recognize there's little reason to donate because they can't compete, so they set aside money and then donate in larger chunks when no other paypig is around in some weird attempt to look like the stream hero/befriend Phil.

I wouldn't say that's tinfoil hat when we've already observed that them letting OIC do so much of the heavy lifting has pissed Phil off. Keep in mind, he knows more about who is tipping him than anyone, so when he bitched about that, it wasn't inaccurate information he was basing it on. The motherfucker knows exactly how few people float his streams, his refusal to REALLY do something about it means nothing, in terms of his awareness.

If OIC vanishes, there's no doubt that it creates an opportunity for the second banana to become the new "hero", but the peak still lowers, because like you say, they can't outshine him consistently. Only on rare moments, from saving up in order to do so. That 15 minutes of fame? That's not what Phil wants, he wants more whales, who are going to support him for a VERY long time to come. That's another reason why he's pushing for subs, in addition to the enabling it does for him, it means bigger checks per month, as well as more commitment from his retards. It means they're giving him a certain amount, from that point forward, that he can always count on.

Phil may live day-to-day, but it's because of that, that he needs whales who dedicate themselves to him. He knows how much that loyalty is vital, he knows his chosen lifestyle requires that commitment, and he does operate accordingly. That's why it's a form of copium to him to begin with, it tells him he doesn't need to worry about his past, or present, costing him everything. He just isn't honest and upfront about it. Or competent, because the thing he doesn't know is that his tradition of constantly turning the heat up in the room in response to it killing the other occupants, is also killing his ability to acquire more commitment from enough people to float his retarded lifestyle for however many years the Grim Reaper has decided to let him have.

Phil needs to back off on a LOT of things, JUST to attract a new whale, let alone do ANYTHING about his shit-tier rep with normal people. Right now, he's demonstrating that he would rather slowly kill himself than relent on the repulsive nature of his streams, because he doesn't yet understand that that's the case. He hasn't yet put together that his insistence on getting MORE pigroach is preventing him from getting away with being a pigroach period and coasting for years. Will he ever? Most don't think so, and I can see why, but we'll find out one day.

Yes, but not immediately because unlike Tut, OIC can only whale for so long. Those ultra supporter memberships and last minute Benjamins can really hurt a man(child)'s finances. OIC did all these interviews so he can be the center of attention without actually giving Phil any money. Right now he has to actually save up money because much like Phil, his finances are reaching critical levels.

I'm more interested in hearing if he feels bad about hurting Phil's feelings. And if he does, I want to hear what he plans to do about it. Is he going to apologize? Start giving him money again?

I'm not even poking fun, I'm legit curious where he's going from here, because he's at a crossroads now. Not expecting him to walk away, but now would be the time to do it, because how he feels about making Phil mad tells him exactly what decision to make. If you don't care, OIC, or if you do, you know what to do. I just want to know which one it is.
 
Not sure why everyone is acting like this is a big deal. OIC will come slinking back to his master within a week, if he hasn't already behind the scenes. Swagginz did. The only way to know if hes gone for sure is if Phil's subs drop to around 200.

I think most of us fully expect Clark Dent to stay with his master, but we still find Phils display as an unhinged cult leader live on stream very funny.

Honestly I can't recall that many/if any post about people believing Clark Dent will ever leave. Aside from sucking at doxxing, giving Phil money and making up girlfriends and dogs he doesn't seem to have much going on.
