Ah, I had no idea about Regina. I had no respect to begin with but somehow have less now.
In the beginning i understood she was manipulated by lamey but i remember seeing a live stream from her and she basically acted like a jaded ex (breaking/destroying gifts from kai). it didn't seem she was upset that plainey was using her (a minor) as an adult but rather she was upset she chose billie over her. and in regards to the GFM i believe she got the bright idea when tattooGFM was made. she only saw "free money!!" iirc it was made a few hours after.

sorry i’m not able to archive right now but it seems like sarah found out she was lied to from the writer who interviewed her for an article from a while ago.

1) Very likely. She didn't bust her head open - her skull was fractured and pressing inward toward her brain. We're accustomed to seeing pneumatic explosions of blood and gore from various films that depict someone falling out of windows onto pavement but mostly, in such accidents, the victim is more likely to become a human bean bag - bones shattered, organs turned to goo - than to smash open like a watermelon. Human bodies tend to "splat" inward rather than outward.

Unrelated, but Sarah's report that her laptop never made it to law enforcement cements my growing doubt about the usefulness of Chris Hansen's involvement, at least as far as legal action goes. I consider him a journalist, and feel that in the relaying of information, aside from his penchant for interviewing every single disgruntled Onision hanger-on, he's been very useful. But I'm beginning to get the feeling that Hansen may have fallen too low in his profession to have too many law enforcement connections anymore - though the police in Greg's neck of the woods seemed to like him - and may have been talking tall because all his eggs are in this YouTube basket. His days of network TV journalism are over and he's in financial trouble due to his divorce and waning career prospects - he really needs his YouTube endeavor to pay off.

I think ignorance of how to use the web properly caused him to invest in Vincent, and desperation has prevented him from disavowing Vincent when he's clearly a gross little goblin man and pretty much dumb to boot. I think his trust in Vincent has permitted vital evidence against Onision - that fucking laptop - to become useless. The chain of custody was already iffy since Sarah gave it to Hansen's team to take to the police, permitting them to look for evidence and then give it to the authorities. Even if Vincent gave it to the FBI now, I worry it's useless, especially since I suspect Vincent has very little technical expertise in such matters and has mucked up the hard drive. Vincent is beginning to remind me of Takedownman, that fat stupid dude who convinced everyone in his trailer park and the stupider parts of YouTube that he was a super elite hacker taking down pedophiles when he was really a semi-literate, lecherous polygamist with some sketchy behavior with minors under his own belt. I think teaming with him was a terrible mistake, I think not disavowing him when he was revealed to be creepy and inappropriate was a terrible mistake, and I think because Chris permitted this weird monkey man to have control of vital evidence, evidence he knows Vincent could trash if he wanted, Chris's nuts are in a vice. If he fires Vincent, Vincent could erase the hard drive and make Hansen look like a fool.

And I also now think that Chris only knew about an FBI investigation because he read about it in the police report, not because of contacts or any evidence he has turned over. I think he spoke carefully enough to make it seem like he was the source of this revelation without actually saying that in particular, and I think Vincent has destroyed the use of that laptop. And while I don't think Onision will skate away free from this as he always has in the past - at the very least his online career is finally over, and he and Lainey face a bleak as fuck financial future as well as continual social shunning wherever they live - I think Chris's involvement has been a mixed blessing and that he has possibly played a role in fucking up some of the most solid evidence proving Lainey and Greg's predatory behaviors. I fear we will have to wait for the wetlands issues to land him in prison, unless he ends up killing his family in an incendiary narc rage.
I agree about the head injury although head wounds much more minor than that one will tend to gush blood. It makes them far scarier than they actually are. For that injury it's not uncommon to have no cut or visible blood except perhaps a bruise. That's why some folks won't go to the hospital because they think they're fine and end up dying within the next couple of hours.

Also, Sarah's vaguetweeting about where her laptop is means fuck all. I'm not interested in attention whores which she seems to be by virtue of having ended up at the Swamp Shack to begin with. I applaud her for coming forward, but she's not a saint here and until there is verification that what she's saying is true or that the FBI simply haven't picked the device up in the course of their investigation which we have confirmation of independent of Chris, I'm not inclined to believe this in it's entirety. Furthermore, she came forward on social media. Not the police, not the FBI. I'm not impressed with this vaguetweet bullshit.

I am playing the devil’s advocate but if you know that this computer has incriminating info about your abuser. Why the fuck you don’t give it directly to the police, FBI, or whatever?
IIRC she didn't know if there was any evidence on that device because Lainey had wiped it before the laptop changed hands. It was just chance that anything turned out to be on it at all.

The girls he pulls in are generally not smart. All someone has to do to convince them of anything is to sound like they know what they're talking about, as in the case of Grung's "contracts".

Even if it means nothing. thats not what the vultures on youtube will tell the audience. i doubt any of those fucks actually cared about anything other than lining their own pockets. anything that can be money making content is good enough for them.

Do we really think Vincent, who seems to have all the self-control of a monkey snorting a pixie stick, didn't open that package and root around? I'm doubtful and I have a feeling that if the real authorities get their hands on the laptop, they'll see that Vincent rooted around.

Why on earth would they leave the computer and phone untouched for three months? And if they did, where did Chris's assertion that they had definite proof of child pornography transmission come from? How could they have such proof if they had not handled the computer or phone? The only option I can see is that Chris took Sarah at her word that such evidence existed on the computer because if he had "proof," then that computer did not sit in its unopened shipping box for several months. Best case scenario is that he didn't engage in journalistic due diligence before reporting about the evidence.

Why must everything that involved Onision be such a continual clusterfuck? Even when Greg isn't orchestrating the clusterfuck, the fucks still cluster.

100% that vincent bricked them both and didn't know what to do about it so played it off as he 'didn't have time to get to them' until the questions made them realize that they were trashed as evidence the minute the girl sent the devices to hansen instead of turning them over to authorities.

Also, notice that her devices were sent back to her this morning (the reporter's tweet)... um, they're reading here and know they fucked up so claiming they never opened them.

YouTuber James "Onision" Jackson and his husband Kai have filed two civil lawsuits against Chris Hansen and Daniel "Repzion" Sulzbach. The trial date is currently set for January 24 in the Pierce County District of Washington state according to the Washington courts website database.

Chris Hansen is the former host of Dateline's To Catch a Predator and current host of Hansen vs. Predators on YouTube. He has been interviewing those close to Jackson who claim to have been mistreated or abused, as well as members of the YouTube community who have been following Jackson over his past decade. On January 9, Hansen brought a camera crew and Detroit attorney Mike Morse to Jackson's current residence in Washington State. Hansen knocked on the door and Jackson called 911, claiming a "person was stalking [him] and [they] just showed up to his house." The Pierce County Sheriff's department arrived, and no arrests were made.

In Jackson's lawsuit filing against Hansen, Jackson lists his two children as participants, which he did not do in the filing against Sulzbach. It's unclear if the lawsuit is directly linked to Hansen's Washington visit, his YouTube series or something else entirely. Hansen had not been served and couldn't comment on the suit since he hadn't seen it yet.

Sulzbach has nearly 700,000 subscribers on his Repzion YouTube channel and has posted more than 50 videos about Jackson over the 11 years of his channel's existence. Sulzbach has hired a criminal attorney and denied a request for comment from Newsweek until after the court date.

This really is not how I wanted to start of 2020 -- but here we go..... After the 24th, I will be creating a gofundme for legal fees. Until after that point, please do not donate to any gofundme's that aren't tweeted by me directly. Receipts will be posted once complete.
— Repzion (@DDsulzbach) January 16, 2020

In March of 2019, Sulzbach released a video on his Repzion channel claiming that Jackson had threatened to sue him if he didn't remove his videos directed at Onision. The last correspondence Sulzbach had with Jackson was an email sent over the summer, thanking Sulzbach for not including photos of his children in said videos. Sulzbach has been served and also lives in Washington State.

Jackson has a long history of controversial content on and off YouTube. The three Onision YouTube channels have more than five million subscribers, and his videos still pull in tens of thousands of views each. In recent years, multiple women including Billie Dawn Webb and Canadian Singer Shiloh have come forward to share their stories involving Jackson. In an exclusive interview with Newsweek, Sarah shared her story alledging Jackson and Kai "groomed" her from the age of 16 to eventually have sex when she turned 18.

In November of 2019, Jackson's Patreon was removed after he doxxed the phone number of Billie Dawn Webb. On January 15, Jackson's Twitch was temporarily suspended though it is unclear why.

At the time of publication, Jackson was unreachable for comment by Newsweek. Emails sent to his account returned an automated reply advising "to speak to Onision, please sign up" to his special access YouTube channel for $4.99 a month. Calls to his phone have also gone unanswered.

Sorry if this was already discussed but 2 things seem a bit off to me.
1. Based on what was written down, there didn't seem to be any blood/pool of blood where she supposedly hit the ground. Considering her injury, how likely is that?
2. Did Onision give police the footage from security cameras or the one he recorded on his own? We know his security cameras cover are numerous.

Tinfoil: What if it happened inside the house or in a different way and he recorded his own footage so that they wouldn't need the one from security cameras?
(Sorry if I missed some contradicting info and this makes zero sense, it's just a tinfoil.)
I think you've probably got your answers by now, but Cloey had a depressed skull fracture so there was no outward injury or blood. Its a very bad injury, risking compression of your brain from the excess pressure from the broken pieces of skull and any bleeding on the surface of the brain. Those injuries take time to do damage, which is why the doctors advised that she needed to be closely watched. She may not have had any life threatening injuries at the time, but if she was to have knocked her head again or anything happened to make the internal bleeding more severe, she could basically have a major stroke. Luckily she's young and any injuries she got from this do have the potential to heal very well. The brain can re-route itself even after huge injuries in older people; like learning to walk/talk etc after a stroke. Younger people have a lot more ability to fix themselves, so it's not the end of the world for her just yet, she just needs to really be taken care of by someone who isn't her parents.

To your second question, Greg gave the detective the hand recorded footage he took after he found Cloey on the ground outside. No mention of security camera footage in the report. Unsure if the cameras are known to be his by everyone in the area, or only the few people who have lived with him + Hansen now. If they didn't mention the cameras, and the police were unaware, they would have no need to investigate it. Having multiple cameras all around your property, whatever Greg says, is strange. I don't think local police would default to asking "do you have any security footage of the incident" like they would if someone robbed a shop. Because of that, I think the Onions really dodged a bullet, but unfortunately for Cloey that means any chance of evidence of what actually happened is probably lost to the aether :c

I believe everything was an accident, however Greg and Lainey know that this looks really, really bad on them. The shifty behaviour is probably to try to stop them looking in any further, as they are already under scrutiny from a lot of people for the grooming shit, wetlands and IRS fraud. Add child neglect on top of that and they would be monumentally fucked if it all came crashing down on them legally.

If you try to exploit a lolcow for fame, ass pats, youtube views, go fund me bux, or sympathy; it isn't long until the dumpster fire engulfs you too.

All court documents so far are somewhere in the Onision thread. It's been blowing up lately so you'll have to go back a while to find them, but I would recommend reading through the last few days anyway to catch up on the "left a 2 year old child unattended and she fell out a 2nd floor window onto concrete, severely fracturing her skull in multiple places" saga.

Both of his children are listed along side himself and his partner on the complaints btw :story:

As much as I’d love to see Chris represent himself and get a chance to question the witnesses, he’ll more than likely get a good attorney who will get the suit dismissed on the grounds that Onision is a jackass.

im surprised someone like Onision obsessed with what's legal and not, committed perjury

This is such a horrific thought to even process. My partner and I have struggled with infertility. We both want nothing more than to be parents. We'd take a child into our home in a heartbeat. We both have abuse histories from our own childhood, so we would never allow anything like this to happen to them.
lol nobody cares faggot, this isn't your blog.
